Situated on three private acres within town you feel like you are at your own retreat. This new 3,900 square foot home has 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths and one half bath and offers nothing but relaxation. The large kitchen offers plenty of family and friends gathering room and is fully equiped with double ovens, restaurant style stove/grill with exhaust hood, warming tray, dishwasher, wine refrigerator and refridgerator/freezer and freezer drawers. The kitchen is open to the dining room and includes a large island with an eating bar. The master bedroom has a gas fire place and seating areas to read or relax in your private suite. The master bathroom offers double sinks, jet tub and shower with multiple shower heads. With an eat-in kitchen dining area, this home offers plenty of space for entertaining. If you would like to sit outside there is a wrap around porch with rocking chairs, heated in-ground pool, hot tub, outdoor grill and beautiful landscaping. If you prefer inside there is a library that looks out to the pool and a living room with a fireplace and a warm welcoming feeling. You may also enjoy a movie on the projector and movie screen.

For those of you inerested in 'green' homes, this property includes, solar photovoltaics (electricity), solar hot water, geothermal heating and cooling and a well insulated building shell.

Whatever brings you to Williamstown, a need for relaxation, a family vacation, to visit kids at school, hiking, skiing or golfing, you will find this home very comfortable. With 3 acres of lawn area surrounding the house and a babbling brook along the perimeter, it is hard to believe that the Williamstown Theater Festival, Clark Art Museum and many restaraunts are all within a quick 4 block walk.

The best long weekend ever!!!!

We were four couples and spent a long weekend at this amazing house. The pictures really do not do it justice!!

The kitchen is FANTASTIC - gourmet, massive granite-topped island with lots of seating, and any pot / pan / cooking utensil you could possibly need. It was the center of our whole weekend. We went to the local store just down the road to buy groceries and cooked every meal “at home”. The open kitchen flows right into the dining area which allowed us to hang out in both spots without any separation of the group.

The bedrooms are all very nice and spacious; one of them even has a PROJECTOR!!! We watched football on Sunday and movies at night. The couch was unbelievably comfortable too! We also spent hours in the big hot tub, day and night, it was such a treat.

Aside from a not-so-cozy living room, which you can definitely do without given the kitchen area and the projector room, this house is honestly perfect. We were sad to see it is already rented over Memorial Day. One of the couples is even thinking of renting the house over the week of Christmas. We will all definitely be back. I almost don't want to recommend this place because I want it to be available for me!! :)
