Great family vacation
We rented this house in late Dec through January 2012. The listing was accurate and the photos were current. The house was comfortable when our son and his family visited. The property was clean and well maintained. The owner left detailed but somewhat confusing instructions for the pool heater, but once we figured it out we were all set. The fast heater for the pool and hot tub was great. We enjoyed using both.
The property is nicely decorated and supplied. The kitchen pantry was supplied with common spices etc. Our son and daughter in law enjoyed using the bikes provided to ride to the stores in the area and to the fitness center at the clubhouse. The location is convenient to a good Publix supermarket, stores, Marco Island and downtown Naples. We went to Little Italy, a restaurant Andy recommended, and enjoyed it so much we went a second time.
The supply of silverware was minimal and I'm sure that Andy supplemented it after we informed him. There was a good supply of plates and glasses for when we had company. Andy indicated he would get bowls and silverware to meet the needs of future renters.
We appreciated having access to wifi and used it daily. We would recommend this property to others and hope to return in the future.

two senior couples visiting Naples yet again
We rent in Naples often and loved staying at Andrew's place. It was beautifully furnished, clean as a can be. The pool was great we all had a wonderful time. Would return in a heartbeat. In addition Andrew was a pleasure to work with.

Beautiful rental home!
I rented this house with my family for awhile in June, we had such a wonderful experience! The house was beautiful and comfortable, the pool was gorgeous and allowed for a relaxing vacation. It was well stocked, wonderfully decorated and close to beaches, the players club and shopping. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a nice, relaxing vacation!

The perfect vacation home!
This house has everything in it you could possibly want in a vacation home! The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of room for your own kitchen items. The bedrooms are very comfortable with plenty of extras! We would definately come back here!

Our vacation
We vacation in Florida every year. This past March we spent a very enjoyable time at this home. It is well equiped, the pool is beautiful, the view from the lani is perfect. Andrew was available for our every need, which was not often. When we found that the iron did not work, he simply said, go buy one and I will reimburse you. I can recommend this home with hesitation.
