The apartment's closiness to Leblon ( 5 minute walk ) gives you the opportunity to explore the city's best neighbourhoods in a short period of time .

Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas is just 3 blocks away .The perfect place for a walk or a bike ride . Tremendous sights !

The building is extremely safe with 24h doorman and security cameras system. Its privileged location on a calm, wooded street allows you to walk to all nightlife, cultural ,shopping and culinary attractions in Rio's best area . ATMS and Zona Sul supermarket ( the best in Rio ) within a block distance.

We were 6 people to the famous Reveillon 2012 in Rio and I'm sure we chose the rigth apartment! It's huge and very next many great bars, famous restaurants, supermarket, the wonderful beach Ipanema! Since the beggining, all the process to rent the apartment was simple and clear. Thank you, Felipe, very much for everything! I really recomend it!

Fomos em 6 pessoas passar o Reveillon 2012 no Rio e escolhemos o apartamento certo! A localização (em meio a bares badalados, supermercado, lanchonetes e restaurantes famosos, pertinho da praia de Ipanema, linda) e as condições do apartamento (que é enorme!) são ótimas. As negociações para o aluguel foram simples, fáceis e claras desde o início. Agradeço ao Felipe por toda atenção. Recomendo fortemente!!
