Gorgeous cabin in South Lake Tahoe with partial Lake view from the master bedroom and the upper deck. Situated conveniently next to the lake, 5 minutes drive to the casino and Heavenly ski resort. Located just off Tahoe Blvd. where you can find fine dining, equipment rental etc... Comfortably sleeps 8-10 people. 3 Bedrooms (One king, One queen, One queen + 2 double), 2 Full baths.
Amenities include : Free wireless, cable TV in every room with DVD player, Cable TV with Premium channels like HBO, Showtime etc.., fresh linens, washer dryer, gas fireplace , pool table where you can relax after a long day on the slopes or out in the Lake fishing, and much more...

What makes this cabin unique
I got into vacation rental about 5 years back. I wanted to spend more time home with our lovely kids and hence thought about starting my own business. I love interacting with my guests and making sure they have a good stay at our cabin.
The Owner purchased this cabin in 2007
I fell in love with Tahoe on my first trip in 2001. I loved it's prsitne Lake, beautiful and serene scenery, active nightlife and amazing people of this city.
You get access to private hot tub, pool table and cozy Fireplace. Fantastic location, you are close to all the attractions, be it the Lake (1 block away), beaches , the casino's or Heavenly ski resort (3 miles away).

Best Tahoe location for skiing and/or hiking

Since this was our first trip to South Lake Tahoe in several years, we were not familiar with the area and were so pleased to have a house centrally located and minutes away from Heavenly. The biggest plus was that our dog was welcomed at the house and had a blast playing on the snow-covered beach of the lake a mere 100 yards from the house.
The house was warm and comfortable without being "fussy". The hot tub on the outside deck was a real plus---and it was hot immediately. Cozy bedrooms w/cable t.v. in each room and a very use friendly kitchen. Corner lot with deck off upstairs bedroom had lovely view of lake (although too snowy to go out on deck!). Was able to walk to local coffee/bagel shop each morning and very close to grocery, restaurants, etc. on Tahoe Blvd. Easy to use fireplace was nice to come home to after skiing.
Only suggestion to future visitors would be to bring enough bars of soap for each guest (2 bathrooms), also bring a box of kleenex or two.
Overall a great stay! We would highly recommend this property for winter vacationers (and I'm sure it's just as fun in the summer).
Owner provided very prompt and polite service and the house was easy to find and keys were easy to retrieve.

Great house with an even better Location!

The house is super easy to find, and very centrally located. The hot tub, and pool table provided hours of entertainment in the evenings. During the day walking down to the lake and spending the day was great as well.
There is a super cute coffee shop/bagel shop within walking distance, and also a nice winery with daily tastings.
Overall, our experience here was fabulous! I would absolutely stay here again. The prices are very reasonable and the owner is great at staying in touch in case of any questions.
My only suggestions are:
1. A hard copy of the checkout procedure be left in the house.
2. More than one roll of toilet paper be left in each bathroom.
3. Dish soap for the dishwasher and kitchen sink be provided.

The house was beautiful and had such a warm feeling. I went with another couple for some fun in the snow and a little gambling. I plan on coming back for another vacation soon, great house for kids. Great view by the lake!

Truly awesome cabin, great location!

I rented from Nams in December 2011. Must say the whole experience was a delight. The booking was very smooth and we got the keys when we got there. The cabin is very well maintained and clean. They have a great pool table which was a highlight of the trip. Also the big plasma TV and the cozy gas fireplace in the living room. They are very close to Safeway and starbucks and that was convenient. The lake is practically a stones throw away. We went there early in the morning and the view is splendid.
Overall our trip was fantastic. Would have helped if there was more snow in Tahoe!

i recently rented this cabin with a group of 8 friends. we all had a great time and were so pleased with the cabin and cabin's location. when we arrived the house had not been cleaned yet from the last stay but that was quickly taken care of and a refund was given. the overall customer service was wonderful and Nams was very helpful and available. the cabin was in good condition, i would have liked a little more modern kitchen and bathroom but for the price and other amenities it was fine. the beds were a little loud and stiff but it was fine for a few days. the pool table and cozy living room area were fun and was the center of attention for our week. overall great place, right on water, close to Safeway and almost all restaurants.

Great Family Time Had at Reasonably Priced Cabin

The cabin was perfect for our purposes. There was ample space and the cabin was clean. Kids had a great time soaking in the hot tub after a day of skiing. We also had fun shooting pool.

Excellent vacation spot

We greatly enjoyed staying in this cabin. You could not ask for a more convenient location, it is literally two short blocks from the beach and a very pleasant recreation area.
The pool table and hot tube were a big hit with the kids and the adults enjoyed sitting out on the balcony off the master bedroom. Very peaceful and relaxing.
The property is in good shape, everything works and has a great TV and internet access.

Spacious retreat with beautiful views

This house was the best rental, that we have ever experienced! The service we received was superb.We loved everything about it ,great view, great location, great amenities,deck with the partial lake view and hot tub, we took hikes in the open space nearby and went to the lake each day too. Loved that the fresh sheets and towels .Kids enjoyed the pool table. Nice place for a family gathering!Would be at the top of the list for a return trip!

Had a great time at this lovely cabin. We rented in February, 2011 and were skeptical since this was our first time renting a vacation rental. We have always stayed at Hotels in our previous trips.
We were glad we made this choice. The cabin was spacious for our group og 8 adults. It had a private hot tub and a full sixe pool table. We looked forward to coming back to this lovely cabin after a day on the slopes. The gas fireplace was amazing as well.
The only con was we did have to buy soaps and charcoal for the grill. Wish the cabin came with it.
Other than that we had an amazing time. Will definitely rent again from Nams!

We rented this house early December and we had so much fun! It really felt like we were home. The house was perfect for us. It has 3 bedrooms one in the bottom floor and two upstairs. This house even has a fireplace, a spa, wireless internet and it’s equipped with all kitchen materials! Also a perfect location, we brought food because we thought we were going to be in the middle of nowhere. After we went around town we found out Safeway was 3 blocks around the corner and they had stores all over the place. I couldn’t believe how close we were to the lake and the casinos!!!!
