This is known as the SANDOVAL penthouse or the TOP OF THE WORLD suite. This condo was made exclusively for the Sandovals, They owned the land where cabo villas was build and in exchange was this magnificent condo that is with no doubt the best unit in the resort, possibly the entire bay of Cabo.

Cabo villas uses the slogan ''The Heart Of Cabo'' for a very good reason. We are located right on Cabo's main beach (Cabo's only safe swimming beach), but we are still walkable to the marina, the new Puerto Paraiso Mall and all of Cabo's famous nightlife and dining.

We are also fully integrated inside Cabo Villas Beach Resort and Spa, so we enjoy the usage of all 3 pools, 3 on site restaurants, a wonderful beach club, and the new world class 'Sparitual' Spa and full gym access

Guaranteed reservations and policies : RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITS;

Once you confirm with us your week; We call the reservations department, we send you a letter of confirmation from the resort with your names dates and cancellation policies with the resort # so you can call and confirm that your dates and names are correct, once you confirm with the resort we take 50% deposit and the remainder the day of your arrival or when ever is convenient for you. The reason we do it this way is to give the renter all the guarantees and security they need to have a great vacation.

Our cancellation policies are the same of the resort with the difference that we only take 50% deposit and not 100% and if you cancel and we rent the unit at the last minute you get your deposit back.

Cabo Villas Beach Resort is a complete beach resort. The resort features one large custom designed infinity pool with a swim-up bar and a smaller pool next to a bar that serves lunch and snack food for the upper buildings. There is a smaller pool and bar that tends to be the quieter area. Each pool area (total of 3) affords wicker chaise lounges and generous umbrellas. There is pool-side beverage and food service so you do not need to go anywhere! There is a private beach area in front of the resort on Medano Beach that has lounge chairs, umbrellas, tables and chairs for a quick lunch as well as beverage service (iced). The resort features an on-site, state of the art spa and gym.

If you want to stay in a place that has it all - look no further. This 'IS' the best beach in Cabo San Lucas-bar none. I cannot stress or say this as much as possible.** This is the ONLY true 2 BEDROOM lockoff unit in the 4 buildings that IS BEACH FRONT of this small family run resort that have a total of ONLY 135 doors. Because I own the Entire Year I can offer Flexibility. Year Purchased: 2007 - This resorts property edge is 25 feet from the 3 'VERY' popular beach bars that serve beverages and food, YOU CAN SEE THEM ALL FROM THE BALCONY. Many water sports can be purchased at this location. You often see one to three cruise ships anchored in the bay in front of the beach. El Medano Beach is the only beach in or near Cabo San Lucas where swimming, water sports, food/beverages can be enjoyed at the same place (THIS IS THE BEACH).

We used to owned the property where the resort now stands, now we have the best unit the resort has and are now renting it out since we also have a beach house down the corridor. We hope you enjoy our penthouse as much as we do and have the best vacation you have ever had.

Absolutely wonderful!

We rented this condo (the 1 bedroom plus adjoining studio) for the second 3 days of our recent trip to Cabo with my brother and his wife. It was absolutely lovely! It was in a great location for easy access to everything, and it was right on the beach/ocean with as beautiful a view as I have ever seen! The suite was beautiful and comfortable and the service was great. Still, everything else pales in comparison to the views from this room (living room, bedrooms, balconies, and even the kitchen had a view)! Sitting on the balcony or in the hot tub, I would have been perfectly content to never leave the room. (Don't do it though, the beach area is terrific). We want to try and come back this summer with our kids if we can possibly swing it. I can't recommend this enough. Thanks so much for letting us stay

Very well furnished, amazing views and it is the best location in Cabo, Easy access to Marina Down Town Area and Medano Beach. Great for families with older children so they can go out and party (get them out of your hair..)and we can relax and enjoy the sunsets with the jacuzzi and know they are safe. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone. Close to shopping and its an easy walk to anywhere you want to go.

We stayed in late February and were looking for a place walking distance to the nightlife and beach. Turned out to be a perfect location for that. The penthouse was very big and comfortable with amazing panoramic view of the bay- having this many bathrooms was definitely a big plus as was having WiFi. Loved hanging outside by the pool as well even though we didn't get in because the ocean was just so much nicer, we never got out of the bay.....Would def stay here again.

My girlfriends and i stayed in this wonderful and beautiful penthouse for a week and we never had to go far for anything, we loved the place and the perfect location since our ages where 20 to 46 we had a blast and recommend this place to anyone! Beautiful, safe, fun, quiet at night, convenient and awesome service!

Lacation, location, LOCATION!!!!

My friends family and i loved this unit. Defenetley the best unit in all Cabo, we have been comming down to cabo since 1994 stayed in a few other resorts and homes till we bought a timeshare in Cabo villas resort in the first building and now we have more people in our party so we decided to rent this awesome unit since we can see it from our unit and knew it was the best in the resort, but once we stayed here its prety hard to go back to the other building! Wish they could sell us a week in this unit, ha,ha,ha.
Dont waist your time looking for a nicer unit or a better location and the price we got was great, a year ago we tried renting it from the hotel and it was $890 + tax, i think we paid around, $2600 net for a week in November, thank god for vrbo!

We had booked another unit checking in 3 days after and we loved this unit soooooo much we ended up staying 3 extra nights and would of stayed longer if it was available for the entire week. The best part was the location of the hotel on how convenient it was to walk to town in 2 minutes or be in the ocean in 30 seconds.
The penthouse had panoramic view of the bay and we could just relax and watch the beach bars and the awesome sunset and yes, we got to see wales right from our jacuzzi!!!!
Next year we will be staying there the entire time.
We also loved the flexibility and how helpful Valerie was on all our activities and what , where to go.

We had the best time in Cabo!!!! The hot tub on the penthouse deck is soooo amazing...looking out over mango deck and the office!!! The best condo in cabo for sure...well be back sooooooon!

We Love the Sandoval penthouse and we love more renting it directly from the owners since we saved 60% on the price this year!! We where gonna stay there anyways because it's such and amazing spot!

We where absolutely stunned when we arrived to the Sandoval penthouse, what a location, awesome condo and what a view!!!!!
It was our 4th time in Cabo and this was our best experience so far, we could walk in to town during the day and go to the clubs and restaurants at night, swim every day, watch the kids on the beach from our jacuzzi, Thank you so much Dora and Valerie for letting us stay there and see you next year.
