At the risk of sharing our new treasured getaway location, we strongly urge you to consider this desert home. Starting with all the kind attention from Barb and Tom which made it that much more enjoyable. The hi-lites are certainly the layout and location. Spacious interior and grounds to enjoy every aspect of our month long stay (we are regulars with almost 30 years running) as well as easy walking access to El Paseo made this a winning combo! As early season renters, minor adjustments were requested and promptly addressed so that our satisfaction was beyond our every expectation.

We had a blast at this place. It was everything that was described and photographed. It was a very pleasant experience! Barb and Tom were awesome! We will definitely be back! My husband, myself, and friends have been renting Palm Springs/Palm Desert places for over 11 years and this is totally the best! We just hope it is available when we come back!

We stayed at the Grapevine home the last week of April, 8 in total. Plenty of room in this spacious home, massive family room and kitchen, with everything you'll need for your stay.
The pool and yard are very private and well maintained. The adjacent home was vacant during our stay, so we had nobody in our field of view the entire week. Grapefruits and lemons an added bonus!
A 10 minute walk to El Paseo Drive, and centrally located in the Coachella Valley, we will be back next year!

My family and I stayed at this house last year and again this year because we loved it so much. It's perfect, spacious and clean! I never had a problem. The only time I called Tiffany was to let her know we were arriving. The description is accurate and in a great location. It's right near El Paseo, Westfield Mall and Fresh and Easy among other grocery stores and restaurants. I would recommend this property to my family and friends. There is a little casita attached to the house with it's own entrance so I'm hoping to have my cousins join us next year who can use it.

This house exceeded our expectations. Our group consisted of 3 couples and 2 singles. We were close to everything - shopping, golf, the weekend market at the university and restaurants. We picked fresh grapefruit from the trees in the back yard for breakfast and drinks; fresh lemons were also available.

The description of this home was right on. After we arrived, it was even better than I thought. Super clean, spacious home! My family and I loved and want to come back for our yearly long weekend. I would totally recommend this home to families or girls weekend. The owner was very helpful in answering questions and the one time I had a concern, I called and my question was answered right away.

This house is beautiful, the pictures don't do it justice. It is also very clean and roomy enough for the entire family. We enjoyed cooking in large kitchen, relaxed outside by the pool, and enjoyed watching TV and playing games by the fireplace.
The property is very close to El Paseo Drive and other shopping centers, plenty of dining, and the Living Desert. It is also located in a beautiful neighborhood.
We would definitely come back here. Do not look any further....this is the perfect house at a great price!
