What a great place, the pictures don’t do it justice. We thoroughly enjoyed our 6 week stay, it was too short. We had 2 weeks with great friends, 2 weeks by ourselves, and 2 weeks with our son, daughter-in-law and grandchildren (4 & 13). Everyone enjoyed their stay and rated it excellent. The property was very well maintained and always secure, we always felt very safe. Karen & James where very good hosts, arranging for internet service, plus having a GPS set-up upon our arrival. The GPS was a blessing as driving in Nicaragua was a real challenge with very few directional signs and NO road signs. The on site staff where spectacular from the time we tooted our horn on arrival to when we left. Our lack of Spanish did create some communication problems but it all worked, with a lot of laughs. Care of the pool, and yard was 1st class. The home was spotlessly cleaned daily, including beds made all without knowing Yamileth was on site. Yamileth, Ernesto & Edwing where wonderful, nothing was too much for them, Murphy the German Sheppard was great and came to visit regularly, but only after we requested his visits.
Our only less than perfect comment on the properly would be its close proximity to the neighbours and lack of privacy screening on one side. We would highly recommend this property, and would love to return one day.

This home was beautiful! A week of relaxation is what we needed and it is definitely what we got at this amazing home. It was beyond our expectations and the house is perfect for a large group as the main living space is huge. The family that lives onsite was awesome and they were so helpful and accommodating. We didn't leave the house much as the pool was perfect for lounging day and night. It was also nice to know that the community of homes has 24 hour security so we never felt unsafe.
Can't wait to go back!!!

Just got back from this house and had an wonderful time. The house was exactly as described. The kitchen was well equipped & modern and was stocked well with cooking supplies. There were several "dining" areas and we had many great meals here.

We spent most of our days relaxing by the pool or wandering down the beach. We did also go to the Barcello Resort (less than a five minute walk) and had dinner a few nights there. We went to the disco on a Friday night after dinner in Barcello and also had fun too. The hotel also has a nice internet cafe which was helpful and allowed me to check email a few times a week.

All in all, a great house, we'll definitely be back again.

Our family had the pleasure of renting out this home for a weeks vacation to Nicaragua. We had a great time, the kids loved the pool and the caretakers who live on site were great. The house is in pristine condition and was the perfect place for us to relax and unwind. I loved that the house offers a gym with full weights and cardio equipment. The kids also liked the pets which include a bunny, a turtle, a parrot and a lovely dog. All the animals were well cared for and contained.

The owner was very helpful before our trip and offered us lots of suggestions on driving, daytrips and on our food options durring our stay. We also liked that the house was so close to the Barcelo resort, we spent one day just using the resort and it was a fun change.
