very nice condo..all the things you need and the owners were great to work with!

We had a Great stay. great view ,beautiful beach area !

There was a group of 17 of us this year who all stayed at the seabreeze.
Units #205, #306, #607 and ours which was unit #401. They were all very nice and each uniquely decorated. We enjoyed checking them all out and comparing :)
The owners of #401 were Dwight & Linda Campbell from michigan and were pleasure to deal with. Always great communication with quick responses to any quetions we may have had.
We loved our stay in their condo. It was an end unit which was also larger than the others, more windows for views and the big bonus was we had not one but TWO balconies!! When it got too hot on the oceanside we were able to go the other balcony and view the intercoastal waterway which also had beautiful sunrises.
The beds in the master suite were so comfortable and the leather living room outifit in the living room were as soft as marshmallows.
We have fallen in love with Madeira Beach and found that the condos at the seabreeze are very well maintained, clean and comfortable!!

Ok, now for my one and only tiny complaint....Out of all four of the condos we rented this year, we were only able to find one working can opener in unit 607, which we all shared.:) This unit was also equipped with 2 umbrellas which was very nice.


Unit #306 had a pair of binoculars which was a beautiful thing!

Unit #205 had the perfect size, cooler which was nice when our friends brought it down to the pool area to keep our beverages cool.

My husband and the other "boys" went on a half a day fishing trip out of Jons Pass and caught so many fish (mainly grouper) that we were able to have a lovely fish dinner that fed about 10 of us that night. We used crushed up ,wavy potato chips for the breading and ohhh sooo yummy and fresh...Mmmmm.

All of the condos were all very nice and all of us enjoyed our stay and had a great time!!!

We hope (God Willing) to enjoy many more years in Madeira Beach and we will always stay at the seabreeze.

We had a wonderful 2 week vacation at this condo with a daily walk or play on the beautiful wide, sandy beach, swim in the ocean then the pool and hot tub (and yes, the hot tub is hot!). We had the delight of watching the dolphins swim by each day from the balcony and also from the shore, even as we swam in the ocean....amazing experience! The end unit was a bonus with extended views from the balcony. Gorgeous sunsets that can be watched while swimming in the pool. Looking forward to a return visit!

We have stayed here in 2011 and now booked it again for 2012. A very nice and clean place with all amenities. Parking under the building, we have always found a spot. Beautiful sunsets from the main balcony. Fifteen minute walk to the John’s pass - over one hundred merchants with unique retail shopping, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. If your kids get tired of the beach, you can take them to the pool or walk along the shore to the John’s pass. In the evening you can enjoy a hot tub.

It only takes one cool rainyday in Southwestern Ontario for us to long for that touch of heaven in Florida.
Fifteen years of entering the beautiful condo that we think of as home and each year we delight in the
continual upgrades. One year we had a new delux TV, another year a new kitchen, another year it was
a new Master Bedroom. The photos always help us to know what to expect and they are always right on.

The cleaning crews are not only excellent at their jobs, they are friendly and make every effort possible
to accomodate any request we have made of them.

We are extremely appreciative of the owners' personal attention to our stay in their home.

We have recommend the propery to many friends and relatives.

The magic of the Condo allows for hours and hours of dolphin watching from the living room or the
balconey. Sightings are plentiful and always bring great joy to our vacation.

We love the easy access to John's Pass. Tyrone Blvd provides many great restuarants but our
favorite is Seltzer's. A relatively short drive and we are at the Melting Pot. The Bird Sanctuary
is a great spot to take visitors.

The sadness of leaving at the end of the month is always lessened when we put down our deposit for
the following year.

we stayed recently at this apt.and we like to inform new potential guests that the apt. needs a serious upgrade such as new painting .new carpet new furniture less dining room area which is ok , and internet access ,the unit is very spacious as the owner states but needs to be upgrade it for anyone who wants to enjoy the stay in unit and i mean this not in a bad way .i hope the owner will get serious and do something about it. thanks.
