The house and Calvin, the Owner, were absolutely fantastic. We could not have asked for anything more. It was a lovely house in a great neighbourhood with easy access to both the strip and the hills ... the best of both worlds that Vegas has to offer! Would recommend this accommodation to anyone and everyone and will definitely stay here again when I return.

We had a fantastic vacation to the Las Vegas area recently. The house was way more beautiful than the pictures showed. The master bedroom and bath is huge! The kitchen is spectacular and all top of the line appliances. My kids loved playing on the golf course each day after the golfers were finished. We even went to the golf course and gave our son his first golf experience. Calvin, you are the most hospitable host I have ever been around. We filled our week with visits to the Hoover Dam, Valley of Fire, Grand Canyon, the Strip, Zion Canyon, Red Rock Canyon, and the movie theatre. We enjoyed a trip of a lifetime for our family. Coming home everyday to a house rather than a hotel made the trip so much more relaxing for everyone. The kids loved swimming in the pool. the outdoor stereo system and lounging in the sun. I hope many others stay here and appreciate all that this home and hostess have to offer. Way to go Calvin, we were blown away -- Thanks!!!

Fantastic house! We could not have asked for more. The house is incredible in every aspect - everything is new and top-end. The gourmet kitchen was so well equipped - nothing was missed. The bedrooms are large and comfortable and the bathrooms are great.

The location was perfect for our needs. Just a short drive from the Strip, but far enough away from the noise and the hustle to relax.

Calvin was a great host. He had a nice snack ready for us as we arrived and answered every question we had about the house very quickly. The property was immaculate when we arrived.

We thoroughly enjoyed the new spa and pool. We spent many hours enjoying the pool during the day and enjoyed the spa for many hours in the evening. The pool and spa are first rate. We also enjoyed the outdoor BBQ and enjoyed meals on the deck.

We would highly recommend this property to anyone that wants a comfortable fully equipped vacation home. We are planning to stay here again and can't wait to come back.

My mother, stepfather and I stayed here over the New Year holiday weekend and had the most comforting stay! Calvin was great with recommending things for us to do, recommending great restaurants nearby and providing a glass of champagne for my mother's birthday. We highl enjoyed the home and look forward to staying again in the future.

We rented this home for a week. It was the perfect getaway for our family. Calvin was relaxed about having four young children in his home and available to answer questions about the area. Everything was clean and the house had an open feel. We all loved the pool and spa and enjoyed grilling poolside in the evenings while taking in the lights of Vegas in the Valley below. It was easy to get into the city for a show and to Lake Mead recreational area for hikes. If I recall correctly, Red Rocks was only 45-60 minutes away. All in all it was very comfortable with all the conveniences of home.

Beautiful spacious home with plenty to do for all ages! Our family of six thoroughly enjoyed our weekend here.

We had an awesome time. The house was everything and more to our family of 4 (two teenagers). Our teens had a great time in the pool and the house was not too far from the "strip" and Hoover Dam. Calvin was great and very helpful in recommending things to see and do, while in Vegas. I would highly recommend this rental, for any family that wants to see Vegas but stay away from all the noise and hustle and bustle of the strip.
