While this unit could use some updating and color, it had everything we needed! It was clean, comfortable and roomy enough for my family of 4. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. There were more than enough bath towels and some beach towels. The king size bed was very comfortable! We slept like babies! The most amazing part is the beach! Just a few steps out your back door and you're on the beach! This beach is loaded with shells and shark's teeth! We sifted with the colanders that were provided at the condo and found tons of shark's teeth! My son was thrilled! The deck was awesome, especially for sunsets! The grill worked just fine for our skewered shrimp and veggies! She outside shower was a Godsend. The location was great. A trip to town to get groceries or whatever is very convenient. The only thing I can complain about is that the laundry facilities are shared between the 4 condos in the building and is coin operated, but was still nice to have that available. The listing here on VRBO was accurate. The owners/managers were great and helpful! I would absolutely recommend this place. It's not the Taj Mahal, not the nicest place in town. But if you're on a budget, it's worth every last penny! No regrets from us! We plan to go back.
