Why Cynthia and John Monteiro chose Boston

Boston is a city filled with history and culture and features some of the most world renowed hospitals and institutions of higher learning. Our waterfront is busy and beautiful! Boston is often refered to as a 'walkable city' getting you to sites by either foot, train, trolley or subway. The cape and islands are either a short drive, ferry ride or bus ride away. One of our favorites is Martha's vineyard. Maine is an hour away and the outlets in either NH or MA are 45-60 minutes by car. A lot of our visitors like to tour Salem and check out the witch museum and harbor. For the children and adults the Children's Museum, Aquarium and Science Museums are a must!

What makes this apartment unique

You have the opportunity to purchase discount tickets to local area attractions. Just ask Cyndi! We also provide Charlie Cards for your first trip on the bus or train. Just replenish what you use for the next guest to get started.

Dear Cyndi and John,
Writing today a big "thank you" for letting us use your place.
Thank you for everything but a few things stood out for us.
-John thank you for lighting the fire for us.....it was very welcoming to come to a warm apartment.
-One thing I forgot to buy from the store was sugar. Thank you for ample supply in the kitchen.
-Charlie Cards were very useful.
-Thank you for organizing our tickets for the "Whale Watch" and "Duck Boats".

I have only one regret, that is would have loved to spend more time here!!! (Missed our opportunity to use the hot tub)
God bless you both.
With much Love,
Alex

John and Cyndi,

Thank you so much for the great hospitality! The accomodations were great, clean and comfortable. Easy access to everything-especially downtown Boston. Loved the Fenway seats along with the great artwork.

Medical Visit

Submitted: January 25, 2013 Stayed: December 2012
Thank you so very much for making a stressful trip filled with all medical things, into something a lot less chaotic.
You have a beautiful home, and are doing a very amazing job renovating it in beautiful comfort and style. What a treat to stay in a historic home that has been well loved and well preserved. Everything was great, our own hiding place, a care I didn't want to leave, neither did mom or Ginger.

We'll be back! If you ever visit New Mexico look us up.

If you are looking for somewhere to stay near Boston, stay here! It is a beautiful, quiet, safe neighbourhood, and Cyndi and John are very accomodating, friendly hosts! The suite is a perfect size for a couple! It is close to the bus stations, and small shops. It is clean, well kept, has all of the amenities that you need and has a wonderful pellet stove for those cool nights! The hot tub is great for after a long day of shopping! I highly recommend this place!
Thanks again!
