Charming new beach cottage with lots of upgrades and unique design.

Located in the neighborhood of Forest Lakes in Blue Mountain Beach between Sandestin (6 miles) and Seaside (6 miles) on Highway 30A.

Beach access nearby with plenty of parking. Distance to beach is approximately 1/2 mile.

Across the street from uncrowded neighborhood pool with outdoor grilling kitchen, outdoor fireplace and dining area available for your use.

Community green space and a small lake are a short walk away on the other side of the pool. Bring your fishing pole!

The 13-mile bike path along Highway 30A is accessible at the front of the neighborhood (approximately 100 yards from the house).

52-inch flat screen HDTV with DVD player in family room. TVs and DVD players available in all bedrooms.

Wireless internet access.

About Pat

We have enjoyed the beaches along Scenic Highway 30A for over 15 years. This is our fourth vacation home in the area. We loved decorating this new home and now we enjoy sharing it with family and friends. We live in the Atlanta area, so we visit as often as we can, but are happy to rent it when we cannot be there basking in the Florida sunshine.

Why Pat chose Blue Mountain Beach

We grew up near the beach in Miami. Although we live in the Atlanta-area, the Beaches of South Walton are home to us as well and give us our own place at the beach.

What makes this house unique

After a long day at the beach, we love to use the outdoor grill/kitchen at the pool across the street. There is plenty of seating there to share a meal with friends. It's also convenient if we forget something at the house since it's only a few steps away. After dinner, we either go for a swim in the pool or, when it is cooler, sit by the outdoor fireplace. We also enjoy fishing in the lake and taking long bike rides along Highway 30A.

This home was a beautiful, perfect place to stay. If you stay there, remember that beach access by blue Mtn creamery is the most convenient. This home was quite comfortable and well equipped for family dinners in. The neighborhood pool and pavilion were lovely. We truly enjoyed our stay!
