NICE Area ride bike to old town trails Home great for family , pool alittle on the small side. Enjoyed our stay!

My family enjoyed our stay in this comfortable home. The accommodations were great, the pool was perfect for floating and cooling off. The house is located in a great area for access to all of the activities in the La Quinta area. We are looking forward to returning to stay at this house in the future

Home is very well maintained and has a nice layout. There is so much to do in the LaQuinta/Palm Springs area. We have two teenagers - so the WiFi was a big hit. Had wonderful weather in the 90s, but found snow on Mt. San Jacinto.

Owners were wonderful to deal with. Smoothest home rental we have experienced. We are definitely planning on a return trip.

Lovely house, well maintained, everything exactly as advertised. Great location, especially if (like our group) you're playing golf every day at LaQuinta CC. The owner was very easy to deal with, professional & courteous. Highly recommended & would stay there again!

We have rented several times, all over the world, and this was by far the easiest rental we ever had. The property was spotless and very well maintained. The owner was very helpful at answering our questions and was very quick to respond.
The property is really well located within a short bike ride of old downtown La Quinta, or the fancy La Quinta resort or our favorite the La Quinta bakery. Also close to 111 to get to El Paseo in Palm Desert or shopping along the route. Lots of great hiking, gold and tennis close by as well. We ate fresh grapefruit, oranges off the trees every morning and made lemonade, what a treat. There were so many we even brought some home!
We would definitely recommend this property to anyone of our friends but would really like to keep it as a secret. :)

Stayed here 4 nights late April... Owner was great to work with, house was spotless with comfy beds, good location for getting around la quinta and surrounding areas, lots of grocery stores and restaurants nearby, loved the pool and nicely landscaped yard after a day in the desert heat. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

My husband & I spent a great week here enjoying the sunshine and warmth - we got a little more (warmth) than we bargained for as the temps reached 101 degrees on two of the days we were there. (late March/early April) That is a bit of a shock to a Minnesotan so we headed for the mountains to find cooler temps and found ourselves hiking in snow. Just goes to show you - you can have it all in this area.
With the hot weather we definitely enjoyed the pool. We loved the house, the private backyard, the fruit trees, the many hiking trails nearby and Joshua Tree National Park.
Charlie was very nice to work with and we are looking forward to a return visit.

My stay and accommodation far exceeded my expectations. The photographs while very good didn't fully capture the charm of the house. The house is beautifully decorated with all new beds, furniture, linens and dishes. The house and yard are extremely well maintained and very inviting. Everything we needed was there. The three bedrooms were all extremely nice with great beds in them. The open floor plan and high ceiling made the place extremely airy. We particularly enjoyed using the juicer to make fresh orange or grapefruit juice every morning from the trees on the property.

The owner made the rental very easy and was extremely helpful and accommodating. Even the neighbour was exceptionally nice, friendly and helpful in answering any questions I had.

The location of the house is extremely central whether it be shopping in Palm Desert, attending a tennis match or watching a Polo Match at the Empire Polo Club. We were also very close to the horseshow in Thermal. We were also able to walk to the amazing 29th La Quinta Arts Festival which is held every year at this time. The Festival is ranked #3 in the US so is pretty impressive. In addition, the house is very close to Old La Quinta which is a quaint little village with an amazing farrmer's market Sunday mornings. We were also very close to the Bear Creek Trails and ran/walked in the mountains every day.

I have no hesitation in recommending this property to any of my friends (even enemies) and I will definitely be coming back next year.
