Perfect for a retreat!

Jason's condo was perfect for our trip! In addition to it being a beautiful, comfortable space, everything was super clean and meticulously arranged.
Jason made it very easy for us to work with him, and answered all the questions that we had.
There was nothing more I could have asked for - the only con was that we weren't able to stay longer!

We made a very last minute decision to spend our spring break at the Lake, Jason was very accommodating and arranged for our payment via paypal and made it happen for us. The rental apartment was very clean, well appointed, and had spectacular views. We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation - will definitely stay there again.

We spent a couple nights at this condo, there were 2 couples and one single. We were all very pleased with the condo, very spacious and clean. We took the upstairs suite which turned out to be nice and quiet. It was very convenient to have 3 full bathrooms. The condo is tastefully decorated and well stocked. The view from the windows and the deck is killer! Right out on the point on the main channel, no docks in the way. Spent a very pleasant weekend thanks to these great accommodations.

Perfect place to stay

I was looking for a great location to experience everything that Lake of the Ozarks has to offer. I found it in this Condo, it was able to accommodate the needs of everyone in my group which consisted of mostly friends and some family looking to rent a boat and relax. the condo itself was immaculate, in fact Jason (the owner) was at the location personally making sure it was ready for our visit. First off the condo was very spacious and with the vaulted ceilings it felt enormous, all of the furnishings were of good quality and in great condition. I could not have asked for anything more in the condo. The deck was a very nice touch with perfect views of the channel and a great place to sit and chat or cook. We also rented a boat slip with our condo and it was perfect for our rental pontoon. We were only minutes away from multiple restaurants and bars via the water. The central location of the property was easy to find and also very close to town by car. Jason the property manager/owner was excellent to deal with all the way through the process (as I had never rented a condo like this before), he was very quick to answer questions and everything he told me was and truthful including the places that he recommended to eat (they were excellent). Overall my friends and family had a wonderful experience that we won't forget and we are looking to plan other trips in the future and I plan on looking at what Jason has to offer first before going anywhere else.

I just want to say thank you for allowing such a beautiful place be rented out. The place was well maintained, beautifully decorated, and the view of the lake was truly wonderful.
With a couple of beautiful State parks just 30 minutes away, the lake less than a minute away, and a place worthy of kings, this was a once in a lifetime experience.
Thanks for help making this trip a memorable one.

The pics of Jasons condo are right on!! We had 9 of us (4 adults and 5 kids) stay for 5 days at the condo. We grilled every night on the balcony overlooking the water....we spent the days on the beach that is just 2 blocks away. You are 5 minutes off the main highway which has exits for everything.
The grocery store is 5 mins...golf course 3 mins...etc....

Beautiful Weekend in February

My husband and I traveled with two other couples to this property and we loved it! The description was accurate. We had plenty of room, it was nicely maintained and the view was gorgeous. We are already looking for another week/weekend in the warmer months so we can do this again!!. This will definately be our twice a year get a way. Thanks so much Jason!

Our family truly enjoyed our vacation at this lovely condo. Great contemporary decor and modern bathrooms and kitchen. Very comfortable living room space and we appreciated the flat screen tv and sound system with speakers on the deck. Amazing views from the deck, with gorgeous sunrise views and sunsets. Would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed this condo. The sound-proofing was fantastic. We were in the top floor room and couldn't hear anything once we closed the door. I would recommend this condo.
