The home has all modern conveniences including: a fully equipped kitchen, cable TV, wireless internet access, laundry facilities and board games to be enjoyed by the kids or young at heart. The master suite is located on the main floor with a beautiful master bathroom with marble counter tops and travertine walls in the tub/shower. There are two living areas, a formal dining room that seats eight, and a breakfast area in the kitchen with seating for four additional people. Three additional bedrooms and one full bath are located upstairs.

The home has two decks with fabulous lake views. The fully screened-in upstairs deck is a wonderful place with upright and reclining chairs for visiting, relaxing or taking an afternoon snooze. The lower deck is open with seating for outdoor meals – this is a great place for gatherings. There is ample parking for up to four vehicles and a circle driveway for easy watercraft parking. Exterior lighting is installed for nighttime safety.

Outdoor games including horseshoes, washers, ladderball and volleyball are provided, and we even have a tire swing! You can feed the deer who hang out among our cedar and oak trees in the yard – they may even let you pet them! You will love the calming and natural environment our Lakeside Overlook lakehome has to offer. While you are here, jump in your boat or rent one by the hour at one of the marinas close by. You can head out to the open water for skiing, tubing or wakeboarding. Lake and river fishing are also very popular. Guided fishing trips are available and there is great fishing on the lake for bass, striped bass, white bass, crappie, perch and catfish. Canyon Lake is also known for its amazing sailing conditions, and is one of the clearest and most beautiful lakes in Texas. You just can’t help but have a great time at the Lakeside Overlook on Canyon Lake!

A small grocery store is located less than four miles away. There are a couple gas stations located less than a mile from the home as well. The home is conveniently situated approximately 25 miles from New Braunfels, 40 miles from San Antonio and a little more than an hour from Austin. Canyon Lake is close enough to get to, but far enough to get away from it all!
