The villa is beautiful and spacious with everything you could possibly need. Its ideally situated for Disney with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. It would be a perfect choice for a large family or group of friends as there's plenty of living areas for everyone. The photos give you a very good idea of what to expect but the walk in wardrobes/storage areas off the bedrooms were a pleasant surprise. I will definitely be recommending it to others. Thank you for helping to make our holiday an amazing one!

Loved the layout - perfect for a large family. Can't wait to go back to this house. Finally, a house that did not have walls that you could hear through!!! The family gathering room upstairs was wonderful for the teenagers. The gameroom was a great extra as well.
The phone number provided was answered each time we called by a real live human who told us how to address the alarm and the breaker we had kicked. :) Normal things that happen in a house and nothing to really complain about.
We would definitely return. Great to work with!

This was our first time renting a vacation home and I was leary sending my check off in the mail, but everything went so smoothly! (We even got our deposit back in less than two weeks after returning home!) The key was right where David's email said it would be and the house was perfect inside! I was a little terrified of the alarm as I have never had one before, so I was nervous about accidentally setting it off (which I did once! Yikes! But all was well!).
We could not quit figure out how to use the air hockey table (it never seemed to be getting enough air to make the puck "float"), but it was not enough of a problem for us to call the property manager about. We did have an issue with the air conditioner not working for the first few days, but once I realized it was the unit and not me trying to figure out the digital thermostat, and called the PM, he was right on it! Then it worked beautifully and we slept like logs! The huge King size bed in the Master suite was probably the most comfortable bed I have slept on! It was a wonderful pillow top mattress that was like a cloud every night after walking around the parks all day!
I was a little disappointed that the hot tub never really got very hot (we did order pool/spa heat), it only got to about 96 degrees F, not quite what I was hoping for, but the rest of the house was just so perfect that I didn't really mind after all.
We ate in for several meals and had pretty much everything we needed in the kitchen.... except something to cook a pizza on. But we had some local friends who joined us for pizza night and brought their pizza pan.
There were plenty of towels (and I do mean PLENTY), including beach towels in the utitily room and tons of towels for use in the house as well. There were little bottles of shampoo/conditioner in one and little bars of soap. There were several ponchos to use for those sudden thunder storms that can happen in Florida and a fold up umbrella stroller. There was dish detergent, etc. for a few uses in the kitchen (these are all things I was wondering about before going on this vacation so I am hoping to make it easier for any of you trying to decide which house to rent... this one is EXACTLY as pictured and was a DREAM HOME!). If we ever do this kind of vacation again with this many people we will definitely rent this home again! My 9 year old son (and me, too) almost cried when it was time to leave it! You will love this house!

This home was wonderful. very clean and had plenty of room. It has everything you need after the long days at the parks or just being in the hot sun all day. Our famlies had a blast. There were plenty of rooms for alone time and bigger rooms so the whole family could spend time together. The beds were comfy ! the closets were huge and man there was enough bathrooms to please everyone ! The pool was awesome as was the hottub with the pool heated it was just the right warmth for midnight swims or for just the adults after the kids went to bed. HOT TUB, HOT TUB, HOT TUB ahhhhhhh i stil miss it. The house decor was amazing also . It wasn't just "vacation " house furnature. We all loved the house and working with David was really easy and freindly. The house is an really easy , short drive to walt disney and to a super target or walmart. I would highly recommand this home.

A really great villa in an excellent location, ideal for Universal and Disney attractions. Very clean and plenty of space for kids and adults to chill out.

Pool area is lovely and not overlooked like some villas we had seen.

Would thoroughly recommend to family and friends.

What can I say about David's villa other than wow! It is a lovely villa with everything we could of wished for. I only wish that I personally could have spent more time in the villa to really appreciate it. Nine members of my family and i spent two weeks at the villa. The groups ages raged from 2 to 77! At no point did the villa feel over grouded. There was so much space that whilst some played around the pool others watched TV in the family room or read books in the quite of the loft area. My mum and my wifes dad found the parks and florida climate tough going with the heat and walking and spent many days of our second week enjoying both the pool and villa. The rest did all the parks and still did not see everything. I have to say that the most spectacular show I saw was by mother nature herself. She provided a 3 hour spectacular on the last thursday night with lightening and rain like I have never seen before. I would certainly recommend the villa to anybody. The standard of the decor and all the facilities was excellent. Thankyou very much!

The house was perfect for the mix of two families. It was large enough that we could have our own space when needed. The children were allowed to have their own bedrooms which made bedtime so much easier. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. The children loved the pool, games room, and plenty of tv's for everyone. The location could not have been any better. It was about a 15 minute drive to the Disney parks. I would highly suggest using the toll road and taking the first exit to get to Disney. This avoids 192. It costs $1, but was well worth it! Thank you for the wonderful, clean, safe house to vacation! We would stay here again and again.
