Beautiful!

Stayed here in early June 2012. It's the most beautiful space - and in the perfect location. Everywhere in Old San Juan is a 10 minute walk/15 minute stroll from the front door.

It is a walk up but only a short floor up, very comfortable and perfect with the balcony windows open to a view of the street. We spent many nights (and mornings) sitting out there taking it all in. Very safe location, governor's house is right around the corner so there are people around making sure the area is safe at all times. Also around the corner from San Juan Gate, short walk to El Morro and all the beautiful places/stores/restaurants in Old San Juan. Perfect!

Wi-Fi is convenient, and Wanda (from Vida Urbana) happily met us on the day of check-in as planned and gave us a tour of the apartment, a map of the area and some handy tips of where to go for anything we needed.

What else do you need? washer/dryer, iron, everything is there. A/C is strong for those extra warm nights and the back patio is the perfect spot for breakfast. Such a charming place to stay, I even noticed people stopping outside to take photos of the house - very lucky to have stayed here during my time in Puerto Rico, much better than staying in a hotel.

People travel IN to Old San Juan from their city hotels because it's so beautiful and we got to stay in the heart of it.

We rented the property to be near the San Sebastian street festivities in Old San Juan. We couldn't have found a better place. Very nice and quiet street, just steps (literally) from the Cristo street, crossroad to all the action. The apartment is very confortable. Definetly will recommend it.

I had one of the best times of my life this visit.

What can I not say about the apartment, the location, and the island! The apartment had everything we needed including an iron! And the location, was PERFECT. Literally one block from the plaza, bars, restaurants & stores, but yet far enough so it wasn’t so noisy at night. Parking wasn’t even that bad, either that or we got lucky a lot! I loved it and I will definitely be looking to rent this apartment again. I had one of the best times of my life this visit, and this location definitely helped make old San Juan easily accessible.
