Spend time with family and friends in this luxurious gulf-beach front 3 bedroom condo located in Indian Shores, FL!

Treat yourself to stunning gulf and beach views with direct access from Sand Castle's private beach access! Stunning views and watch the sunset each evening on the patio, living room, or master bedroom!

This luxurious recently remodeled upscale 1100 square foot third floor corner unit features fantastic unobstructed beach-front sunset, ocean and beach views to the west and south. The condo building and unit features a very handicap friendly layout including covered parking under the building, covered hallway and elevator area for easy access from unit to parking area or outside grounds!

There's something for everyone with this luxurious corner unit located on the beach along with the 200 square foot wrap around balcony. The large master bedroom featuring a king size bed, its own sliding glass door (with access to the balcony) and bathroom with a shower and TV. The second bedroom features both a queen and twin (single) beds. The unit also has a washer and drier. The unit also offers an office, which is the third bedroom, featuring a full sized desk, couch and wireless high-speed internet access. We recommend however that you do your surfing at the beach!

Indian Shores is located directly on the Gulf, which is 8 miles south of Clearwater Beach and 12 miles north of St. Pete Beach. Tampa International airport is an easy 25 mile drive. This unit is in the Sand Castle I condo which is located in the quiet residential resort community of Indian Shores. Restaurants and shopping are conveniently located a short walk away from the condo.

This Sand Castle I condo offers a wide selection of amenities that include: large outdoor heated pool; large in-ground hot tub; spacious area to lounge around the pool, sauna; bathrooms for pool/game room; game room featuring ping pong, table for games, TV, outdoor gas grill & picnic area, and library. The elevator makes this an ideal retreat for families with older members and small children, as well as handicap friendly. No pets or smoking please!

-3 bedroom: 1) king bed (master suite), 2) queen & twin bed & 3) pull-out couch w/ twin mattress (room is primarily an office)

-2 baths & 1 features a luxurious walk in tile shower!

Why The Owner chose Indian Shores

Very very quiet section of wide beach in Indian Shores. Limited public access to the beach and no public parking or parks nearby to attract beach goers not staying at a property on the beach. No high-rise condo's on this section of the beach, with a number of single family houses up the beach. The beach is groomed several times a week and the beach is very wide, offering plenty of space on the beach!

Awesome Condo-Awesome Stay

After searching and searching for just the right place to rent for a long overdue visit to the beach with my kids and my mother coming from Vermont to meet us. I found this rental. I was a little hesitant because I was looking in this building for a three bedroom. (basically the office or breakfast room has been converted to a third bedroom) This did not have that and it was the ONLY thing I would be critical over however the condo is magnificent. It was just perfect for the two kids, myself and my mom. It had everything a person could want and a perfect view. This unit because it is on the end was VERY quiet as opposed to the units over the pool AND the bonus wrap around balcony just gave us extra space to play cards in the evenings with the kids. There was a king size bed in the master with a beautiful attached bathroom and two queen sized beds in the second bedroom. Ceiling fans in all the rooms were great because I found myself turning off the AC at night due to the cool evenings in May and the ocean breeze. There was a washer and dryer in unit (some condo's on the beach dont offer these) but this complex or owner did which added to comfort and no need to go elsewhere. I highly recommend this unit and thank you to the owner for a great great vacation.
