The walk out den to the hot tub also has a sofa bed, a media center and is a place just to get away and enjoy a book alone. In addition there are tiled baths with honed travertine and tumbled travertine trim, double sink in the master bath, a stand alone shower on the mid-level, a full size washer and dryer and a private master suite on a level to its own. There is only one common wall in the duplex, no one above or below, giving you complete privacy. There is room for one car in the heated garage and another in the driveway. The home is on a private cul-de-sac with minimum traffic. Don't be surprised to see skiers zipping in front of, behind or beside our home during winter ski season.

Our Favorite Place is decorated in authentic Colorado mountain style and is located on Snowflake Trail, only a stones throw down to Snowflake Lift. The lift will whisk you up to Peak 8 where you can cruise to all other points throughout the resort or you can catch the free bus from the stop a block away to any other destination around Breckenridge. After a day of skiing, golfing, hiking, etc., spend the afternoon sitting in the hot tub or the two person Jacuzzi in the master bath, which also has a stand alone shower. The living room's focal point is the floor to ceiling stone fireplace with a raised hearth and comfy cushion great for warming up after a day on the slopes. This can be topped off with a quite evening at home or shopping, restaurants and night life await you downtown. Have a great time!
