It boasts excellent restaurants, art galleries, museums, theatre, a world class symphony and a rich 500 year history of Spanish, French, Portuguese and Lebanese influence. Close to the beaches on the Gulf of Mexico and several Mayan ruins including Chichen Itza, a world heritage site. The house has 20 foot ceilings with a formal dining room, living room (doubles as a 2nd bedroom with a double-size pullout couch and ensuite), very large gourmet kitchen that opens out to a terrace and private pool. The second floor has the master bedroom with luxury ensuite and two terraces. All rooms feature natural ventilation and light as well as air conditioning in the master and living room. It was featured on the cover of the July 2010 issue of Ambientes Magazine.
