Great Place For A Vacation On The Beach
This is an extremely nice condo right on the beach in my favorite spot in Florida, Indian Shores. The condo is very nicely furnished and was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. It was very easy to quickly feel at home. The condo is as described by the owner and the pictures accurately reflect the appearance of the condo. Actually, once I got there, I found the condo even nicer than what pictures can totally reflect. The king sized bed is very comfortable. The balcony is good sized with comfortable furniture. It is a great spot to watch a sunset, or just sit and listen to the relaxing sounds of the waves rolling in. The parking spot is right in front of the building and very close to the door to the secured lobby. The owners were very easy to work with. Andrew was extemely prompt in answering my inquiries. Getting the condo reserved and the arrival process were simple. You are just steps from a wonderful beach where you can enjoy long walks in the sand, lounging in the sun, or playing in the gulf waters. Everything you need is nearby including numerous restaurants and grocery stores. I am a big fan of this area in Florida and I definitely plan to stay in this condo again. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a very nice home away from home on a beautiful beach for the perfect vacation.

Wonderful vacation
Thank you for opening your condo to us. We definately will be back! Everything was just as you had described as well as the pictures . The property was clean, very comfortable and fully equiped with everything you would need. We fell in love with the area. I would definately reccommend your property to my friends and we definately will be back.

Perfect Location! Great Place To Stay!
Thank you Andrew for a wonderful stay! Your condo was nicely furnished and was equipped with everything we needed (it was like a home away from home). The condo was exactly as described in the ad.
The location was Perfect! We spent many hours on the beautiful beach that was just steps away. The best deep sea fishing that we have ever experienced was a short drive south. Great restaurants were all around. Finding the Bird Sanctuary, just a short walk down the beach was a nice surprise. We even got to see manatees when we rented kayaks.
We had an awesome time and we look forward to visiting again soon.

Beautiful condo...wonderful vacation!
We had such a wonderful, relaxing getaway in your condo. It was impeccably clean and so well maintained. The updating and decorating that has been done is beautiful! Wish my house was as aesthetically put together as your condo. The view is breathtaking and the balcony is so nice and large. We will definitely be back (hopefully sooner rather than later). Thank you for sharing your beautiful home away from home with us. And if you ever consider selling (which I'm sure you won't) please keep us in mind. :0)

Flordia vacation 2012
Upon arrival the condo was clean and well maintained. The owners were very helpful at answering all of our question very quickly. The condo was convently located to Clearwater beach and St. Pete beach. There are plenty of great restaurants close by. Our favorites were Salt Rock Grill and Keegan's. We enjoyed our stay so much we plan on returing every year for several years to come. Thank you Andrew for allowing our first Flordia trip to be a success.

Beautiful Escape!!
What a beautiful condo! The furnishings were very comfortable & stylish. The view was amazing from this 3rd floor unit. We enjoyed the ocean view in the morning, but the evening sunsets were spectacular.
I totally over-packed as this condo did have everything (towels, complimentary coffee from the "Coffee Mill", beach chairs, toys, complete dvd library, etc.)!! I highly recommend this unit!!

Great Beachfront Condo
We just returned from a relaxing week at the beach. We truly enjoyed our time at the condo. It is very tastefully furnished/decorated while also feeling completely comfortable. The condo was extremely clean. We never grew tired of opening the sliding door out to the balcony to listen to the ocean sounds or sitting out there to take in the beautiful sunsets. With the door open, it gives the feeling that the ocean is an extension of the living room. And to go to the beach, all you have to do is take the elevator down and walk a few steps and you're on the beach. The location is just a short drive to Clearwater Beach or St. Pete Beach. There are plenty of very good restaurants nearby offering anything from casual to fine dining. The owners were quick to reply to our initial inquiry about the condo as well as to any of our follow up questions. This place was a great find. Our vacation couldn't have been any nicer!

Great View and Beautifully Furnished!
My husband and I just returned from two weeks in this condo. We were extremely pleased with the accommodations and said that it was one of our best vacations ever! Although it is a one bedroom, there was plenty of seating for 8 people in the living room. The furniture is beautiful and very comfortable. We cooked quite a few meals in the kitchen and found everything we needed there. And the view is absolutely incredible! I recommend the condo to everyone.

Vacation from July 16th 2011 - July 23rd 2011
My husband, two children (18 & 15) and I spent a week at the condo in July. We were looking for a place to have a quiet, relaxing vacation. We found it here - it was a wonderful week! The condo is very nice, clean and comfortable. My favorite thing to do was sit out on the balcony and enjoy the view; especially the sunsets which were absolutely gorgeous. There were never many people on the beach directly in front of us, so we felt like we had our own private spot on the beach! We were able to shop nearby at Winn Dixie and cook our meals at the condo. However, there are also several great places to eat close by.
We spent most of our time on the beach, but spent one day at John's Pass which is maybe a 10 minute drive from the condo. You can eat at one of the restaurants along the boardwalk, go out on a boat ride and/or browse the shops (there are quite a few!). We really enjoyed our day there and recommend it if you're planning a trip to the area.
When I was emailing people through VRBO in my initial search for a place to stay, Andrew was the most helpful and responded to all of my emails in a timely manner. He and his wife have gone out of their way to make sure you feel like you are at home while on vacation. I would definitely recommend this condo to my family & friends!

LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!! We will be back
We arrived on August 4th to stay for a week. We had never been to Indian Shores but the area was recommended by a best friend. I was sooo lucky to find this condo. It is everything that we ever dreamed and more. Very classy and very comfortable. It was so nice to wake up to coffee and an awesome view. The balcony proved to be our spot to hang out most mornings and evenings. Sunsets here are unbelievable. Thank you so much for sharing your condo with us. My husbands 60th birthday week was a success!!!
