Great condo! Great location! Great price! Recommend for people of all ages. We had 6 (2 adults, 4 teens) in our group and there was plenty of room to hang out or sleep. Owner is top-notch!

We love Destin...it's is our second home. We have stayed in Majestic Sun at least 7 times so far and it is great location and close to everything. We loved 2nd floor and convenience using steps and not waiting on elevator in peak season. Condo is very well taken care of and clean. We loved double queen beds in second bedroom and beach chars. This is first time that we used VRBO and it is very good experience and good communication with owner. Owner responded on every e-mail within minutes and also let us check in earlier. We would definitely comeback again next year. Overall great experience.

This is a great place to stay! Very convenient to the beach, shops and dining. The condo is very clean and updated. Being on the 2nd floor you could sit in the living room and look out at the ocean. The walk to the beach is very short and the street you have to cross is not very busy. Has a great bike/walking path right in front of the complex. I enjoyed the convenience of having two beach chairs present in the condo for us to use. I would recommend this condo to families and couples.

Fabulous Family Fun .. waiting for a another one soon

The Condo was well maintained, the beach view from balcony was really awesome.. some margaritas would have completed the picture .. the rooms were fully furnished, kitchen had all the utensils we needed to fix quick breakfast/lunch/dinners, bathrooms were clean & dry, clean towels. My 2 and 3yr olds have as much fun in the pool donstairs as in the beach. The nearby restaurants, shopping centers, walk on the beach, morning run in the sun, Parasailing, ... endless things to do outside, and if you are not in the mood, you can always make it cozy on the balcony with drinks and snacks - the view itself is worth it.
Dealing with propoerty owners was a decent experience, we would certainly give them a call for our next vacation up there.

The pictures hold truth to the condo, very clean, easy to get to, and very roomy. The condo is located in a great location and very accessible to the beach. The street that you must cross to access the beach is not too busy and all traffic must yield to pedestrians. Communication with the owners were great with any questions I had turn around response was fast. I would defiantly recommend this property and will stay in the future.

My husband and I stayed in this condo and it was beautiful with lots of room. The view was awesome we watched the dolphins swimming in the ocean in the mornings. I would highly recomend. The bedrooms are big and spacious. The owners were great to deal with. We will stay here again

Great place for a family.

We had a wonderful time at Majestic Sun. The second floor condo was everything we expected. The deck had a great view and was very convenient to get to the beach by the stairs rather than dealing with the elevators.Always fun hanging out on the deck watching the action. The condo was very clean and spacious enough for me and my wife and our daughter and her friend. The only negative was a double bed in the 2nd bedroom instead of twins or at least a queen. The Majestic Sun sits in the most ideal spot in all of Destin and the Miramar beach area.

Amazing weekend in Destin

The property was better than explained in the listing. It was very spacious , clean and well-maintained. The best thing about the condo is the view and proximity to the sand. Few steps and you are on the beach. Whether you are having your morning coffee, breakfast, lunch or having drinks - You will never miss the view of the ocean. The balcony through the living room has the most amazing view of the gulf. The beach is clean and the road has been well developed. You can enjoy walking on the beach, the pavement and the jogging track. Even sitting in the balcony feels like sitting on the beach.
The outlet mall and other stores are very close at 5 minutes drive and lots of restaurants to go to.
I would recommend this property to anyone. Just the view alone is worth every penny and the property is the best in the area. Beautiful,Secure, Safe and clean.
