This is a wonderful condo to rent if skiing in Deer Valley- 1 minute away by car and a complimentary shuttle ride away. The photos accurately depicted the lovely residence. It was clean and welcoming when we arrived. The owner is extremely conscientious and responsive to questions befor and after arrival. I would definitely recommend this property. In fact, we would love the opportunity to return with my sister's family! It can accommodate easily two families. The loft upstairs has two futons which can sleep four at least, and it is warm! One day, we did go into Park City which is also very close. Overall, this was a very convenient and comfortable place to stay with our two young children.

Great Ski Vacation!

This is the second time we have stayed here and it makes the trip so easy. Mark is very helpful and great with any questions. The location is very convienent and the condo has everything you need - including a wonderful selection of movies and books. The hot tub is fantastic after a long day of skiing. We hope to come back!

Great condo!!

Our family had a blast in Deer Valley and the condo was perfect for our group! The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of bed space and three full baths! The furnishings were cozy and the 50 inch tv/DVD blue ray player was great!
The hot tub was always hot and ready to go. The location was easily accessible to shuttle which would take us to ski resort or downtown. Mark was great and easy to work with our schedule! We hope to return again next year!

Great Vacation Rental

I can't say enough about how thrilled we were with this rental condo! It was every bit as nice as the pictures and nicer, and it was a PERFECT location for EVERYTHING, and you'll never need a car! There is a Park City bus that picks you up right in front of the condo and is just minutes from Snow Park Lodge, where you can buy a lift ticket and get right on a chair lift. And when your done skiing, the bus will take you over to Park City, if you'd like. The property is quiet by design and that was perfect for us! The owner Mark was very helpful and accommodating for beginning to end. He was always available when we had any questions, which is important. We hope to come back next year and this rental property will be our first pick!

We just returned from Deer Valley and enjoyed our stay at Chapparel. The location is ideal for skiing in Deer Valley or going to main street in Park City. This was during Sundance and it was extremely easy to get to the downtown area but away from the crowds of Park City. The shuttle stops right in front of the condo! We are skiiers and the lodge is within walking distance although we chose to shuttle!! Deer Vallley is a great ski resort and rated # 1 in the nation for the past 5 years!
The condo is spacious and since we were all girls, it was really nice having the extra space and especially the 3 full bathrooms! The hot tub on the patio was wonderful after a long day of skiing! I highly recommend the condo and the owner Mark was very helpful and efficient: )

We love this condo! It was the second time in two years that we stayed there. Everything is well maintained and high quality. The view of Deer Valley ski resort is actually what you see in the pictures. It is the perfect location, right between the ski resort and town. It comfortably fit 4 adults and two kids. If you don't want to run out to the hot tub you can always just use the jacuzzi tub inside. We will defintely stay there again. The owners are very quick and helpful too.

We had a great time in Deer Valley and the condo was just as advertised. I echo the comments from previous renters and will definitely stay there again next year. The unit was well appointed and you were very responsive to my inquiries. The location was right on the bus route and only took a couple of minutes to get to the slopes.

This is a wonderful condominium that is within minutes of Deer Valley, home of the world's finest skiing. The condominium is beautifully decorated and has all the wonderful amenities skiers are looking for. We enjoyed the hot tub each evening after a full day of skiing. The wonderful kitchen and outdoor barbeque grill provided us with a full range of cooking options.
Another large plus is the convenience of the shuttle bus. The stop is located directly outside of the condominium and provides access to all ski resorts and shopping areas. Lastly, and most importantly, the owner is very attentive and quickly took care of our requests.
You will not be disappointed with this property, it is superb.

the fireplaces, and the view of Deer valley. I can not put to words how much we enjoyed the condo and the Deer Valley area, but we did not find it neccesary so venture elsewhere for skiing because the hospitality at the Deer valley lodges and on the slopes was the Best.There was plenty of great skiing. We hope to return next year.
