Beautiful Luxury Penthouse

Beautiful Condo with fantastic views. Property was just what we expected. It was close to entertainment, restaurants and shops and we could watch the numerous boats at the Marina. Would highly recommend this property for a vacation home. We felt like on top of the world!

Our accomdations far exceeded our expectations. The owners provided everything needed as far as linens, kitchenware, etc. Their home was elegantly decorated which made us feel very much at home. We would recommend this condo to our family.

We have stayed at several condos in the CapeCoral/Ft Myers area over Christmas vacations.. This condo was by far the best. It was absolutely beautiful, very clean, and if you forgot something, they had it there for you. Our grandbabies liked the heated pool. We put up some Christmas decorations and Santa did come... We felt very safe and we also liked the garage stall. In front of the condo were boat docks for our family to come visit by boat. We would recommend this property to all ages. It was one of the best Christmas vacations.

Wonderful vacation

Words cannot explain how much we enjoyed the use of your condo for two weeks in October. The condo was even better than we expected. You certainly have a nice place and it was so great to be able to relax there for the first two weeks of my retirement. I especially liked the security there and also how handicap accessible it was for my husband. He rode all over the place on his scooter, even going down to the promenade shops, Longboards, and the Joint. Once again, we appreciated the condo, and hope next year we can do the same, except maybe a little longer.

Lovely and Spacious

I had a wonderful time here for my house-hunting vacation. Perfect relaxing location at the south end of Cape Coral. Loved overlooking the marina with all of the boats. Easy access to Sanibel and Fort Myers. Nice garage, pool, security. Loved the high ceilings, split floor plan, upscale appliances, big TVs. The owners supplied the little things that really helped out like detergent, coffee filters. Thank you, Rick and Phyllis, for working me with and sharing your vacation condo.

Spectacular Sunset View

What a spectacular Sunset with 12' floor to ceiling windows. We had a great fall break in sunny 80 degree weather and watched gorgeous sunsets every night overlooking the marina. The gourmet kitchen had all the necessities for preparing the best cocktails and appetizers. We enjoyed the new furniture and Media center that was very comfortable and inviting. The resort style pools and spa were easily accessible, well heated and friendly.It was a joy being able to take a short walk to the coffee shop, the marina bar for drinks and Noshes and the fine dining of Rumrunners. Can't wait to return.

I had a great time in the Penthouse at Cape Harbour! The photos were exactly correct. This condo was very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the music, swimming pool, shopping and food right at the Cape.
The sunsets were spectacular! I definitely would recommend this property!

A Piece of Paradise

This condo is by far the nicest we've ever stayed in! We were thrilled when we walked into the unit and saw the location, view and the decor. The condo was clean and everything seemed brand new. We will be recommending this unit to friends who are going down to the Cape Coral area this winter and we would definitely stay there again! We also loved the convenience of being able to walk over to the coffee shop, outside bar and restaurants. The owner actually texted me on the day of our arrival to make sure we got in alright. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

Vacationing in beautiful Cape Coral, Florida

My husband and I stayed in this penthouse condo for one week. The condo is absolutely beautiful. It was clean and well maintained. It looked in person exactly as the photos on the VRBO website of both the interior and exterior. The appliances as well as furniture were in brand new condition. The interior was very spacious and well laid out.
When I had some questions regarding the property the owner was very helpfull in answering them and made sure I had the necessary contact informatin if I needed anything during our stay.
We regularly travel to Cape Coral and have stayed at many other location. We will definitely return to this condo and would recommend it to our friends. A very good value for the price.
