Photos and Description of the Indian Rocks Beach vacation condo rental
Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4)

This is a two week minimum rental that is 1,300 square foot 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom corner unit has UNBELIEVABLE views of crystal clear uncrowded beaches. You can see the ocean from the kitchen, dining room, living room, master bedroom and terrace. The incredible sunsets, dolphins and at times sea turtles can be viewed directly from the terrace. Enjoy a glass of wine or cocktail and relax as another beautiful day comes to an end. If you want to see the sunrise and an intercostal view then just look out the guest bedroom's window. Both bedrooms have a queen size bed.

This corner unit is newly renovated and gorgeously decorated. Granite countertops, new kitchen cabinets, appliances, tile floors, furniture, 42' flat screen T.V., wireless internet, 26' flat screen T.V. in the master bedroom, crown moulding and a front load washer and dryer. All the accomodations and upgrades that you have at home plus spectacular ocean and intercostal views from any location in the condo.

If you enjoy the outdoors there is a running and bike trail located right outside the building. Two new bicyles are included in your stay. Clearwater Beach is five miles away which offers boating, fishing and shops. Go in the other direction 10 miles and you can go to John's Pass, Treasure Island and St. Pete this offers restaurants, waverunner rentals, fishing charters, parasailing and shopping. Tampa is 18 miles away where you can go skydiving, great dining, museums and entertainment.

If you want to relax the Reflections Building offers a heated pool, with lounge chairs, tables, Jacuzzi, hot sauna, tennis courts and most importantly UNCROWDED BEACHES. We have the beach chairs and umbrellas.

A security guard is in the lobby in the evenings. A key is needed to enter the building, beach and pool area. A secure feeling is enjoy and unwanted guests are deterred.

Sorry no smoking in the unit and no pets.

This condo is beautiful both inside and out. Inside is an extremely spacious condo that is well appointed, tastefully and comfortably decorated, very clean, equipped with a secure wireless network, and contains five windows and a balcony that all have an unobstructed view of the ocean and beach. The master bedroom faces the ocean and also opens to the screened balcony for listening to the sounds of the waves. The condo is in a very secure building with friendly security guards, two prompt elevators, luggage and grocery carts, swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, tennis court, designated parking, and a bus stop in front. Outside is a location with good restaurants and live entertainment within walking distance. It is also ideally situated about halfway between Clearwater Beach (South Beach-ish entertainment) and John’s Pass/Treasure Island (old Florida entertainment). And last, but certainly NOT least, the ocean and the beach. Isn’t that why we come in the first place??

We have stayed at several condos in this area but none as nice as this, the pictures don't do it justice! It is very tastefully decorated, extremely clean, very well equipped, has beautiful views and is very comfortable and very secure. We love the beach and the area, there are plenty of good restaurants close by, great walking, biking, tennis, just the perfect place for a vacation!

Great View, great location, nice condition and decor! The photo's are very accurate but can not show how great the view was. Beach was in good condition. An all around great experience! Fun town with some great informal beach type restaurants.

We recently spent 2 months at this condo & loved everything about it. This Tuscan inspired condo is spacious, clean , well equipped.and tastefully decorated. The 7th floor corner location offers a spectacular view of the beach. Great opportunity to watch dolphins & beautiful sunsets.
The condo building is well maintained inside & out . It has a large well-heated pool, good for laps, & hot tub.
The area of Indian Rocks Beach is quiet with many excellent restaurants within walking distance.
We would highly recommend this condo.

Very Elegant!...Fantastic facility, all the condo emenities were great, very close to shopping,restaurants & entertainment.As snowbirds we appreciated the beautiful sunsets and perfect weather. Looking forward to a repeat visit.

What a wonderful unit! We had the pleasure of staying for almost two weeks in August, we did not want to leave. Gorgeous furnishings and fabulous views of the gulf, the beach, and the pool. The pictures do not do it justice. Anne and Donna have thought of everything ~ the condo is incredibly well equipped and such nice, helpful owners. I was able to see some of the other units in the building and this unit is by far the best! We are true beach bums and have never been treated better. We can't wait to return!
