High standard building,a big 1 bedroom apartment, with air conditioning on 1st floor with elevator of a building Haussmannien. Accomodates 4 to 6 people. For more than 4 people, add 30 €uros, per night and per person. Secured with camera, door entry system,intercom and caretaker, looking an interior garden. Big elevator which can welcome handicaped armchair.

Including : an entrance with a WC and sink, a big living room with a sofa bed (160X190) and 2 cupboard-beds : 2 twin beds of (80X180 each),TV with international channels,Internet access ADSL/WIFI, a bedroom with a king size bed of (180X200) for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom (bath and shower)with WC + separate WC.

A private car park in basement of the building: price rate/week: 150 €uros. Linen, crockery, towels, iron & board, hair dryer, vaccum cleaner are supplied.

In 100 metres of the Champs Elysées, in 200 metres of the Arc de Triomphe, next to the OECD. Numerous businesses and shops selling luxury goods (Hermès, Berluti, Louis Vuitton, Armani), theaters, cinemas... Supermarket Department store on the avenue of the Champs Elysées opened until 10 P.M. Near the public transportation (subway, buses, taxis, bikes).

great place to stay for your paris trip

this is a truly excellent place to stay for you Paris trip.
we stay in this Apartment for 7 nights. it's a safe secure apartment, very convenient location - walk to Triumph Arc/Champs-Elysees - we got to see them every day! we even went out at 10pm after dinner to visit the top of Triumph Arc to see Paris's night view last day, and we love it.
this apartment is convenient with public transportation, bus, metro, direct bus to/from airport.
Kitchen is very convenient, we use it for few night enjoy our simple dinner relaxed and save $$. supermarket is in 10 minutes walking distance away.
internet is available, and allow us to plan bus/metro for next day's travel, check weather etc.
overall, my family (a group of 4 people) are all very satisfy with this apartment - we highly recommend it.

Spacious, clean and very convenient location. Our family of 4 stayed very comfortably in this apartment and felt completely at home. The owner was very helpful and friendly and made it very easy for us upon arrival and departure. He even chased us down when he realized our daughter left behind her jacket. Fantastic building, amazing apartment and loads of room! Would definitely choose this location again on our next trip to Paris!

My husband and I took our 16-year-old granddaughter and 14-year-old great-niece on their first European trip, and Paris was top of the list. Our first experience with VRBO has been excellent! This flat was perfect for our needs, and we were met with great patience after we missed a train connection and 3 different metro information people gave us conflicting information and sent us all over the city. The apartment was immaculate, secure and had all we needed, with the prime location exactly what we wanted. We highly recommend this property to anyone considering a stay of more than a night in this wonderful city.

It was in a great location very near Champs Elysees. The apartment was clean and complete. The owner was very easy to deal with. I would go back again and stay here with my family.
