Loved our stay at Sea Breeze!

Wow! What a lovely oceanfront townhome! I returned home today from a wonderful girls weekend at Kure Beach. Having never used VRBO before I was a little hesitant; however, after reading so many excellent reviews for 'Sea Breeze' I felt confident to rent.
Linda is great to work with and answered my emails very quickly; she is highly professional, warm, and welcoming. The townhome is exactly as pictured: clean, spacious and super comfortable (and at an excellent price too)! The beds are very comfy, the upstairs bedrooms rooms are huge, the kitchen is well stocked with beautiful granite counter tops, the bar is spacious and the pullout seating around the coffee table came in handy! The decorations and style is very cute and inviting.
We loved being right on the beach and spent hours on the porch talking and listening to the waves roll in (waking up and having breakfast on the porch was my favorite!) Being close to the boardwalk, making a trip into downtown Wilmington for dinner at The George, being on the beach, and simply relaxing were some of the highlights to our weekend!
We couldn't have asked for a more perfect vacation rental. We're all very impressed with this rental and look forward to staying at 'Sea Breeze' again. It really did feel like our home away from home.

Awesome getaway

Our family spent a week at Sea Breeze, we had a amazing time there. The house is everything and more :) very clean and comfortable with everything that a family need. The kids enjoyed a lot, the bedroom are spacious and with great storage. They have everything at that house, from beach chair and toys to a fully function kitchen (and we are a family who cooks a lot). The views are amazing and the beach itself is nice with clean white sands. The perfect spot for a family , friends or a romantic getaway. We will be back for sure. The owner was the best to work with , she reply every email that i sent her with my questions . I highly recommend this place.

My family and a couple of our friends stayed at Sea Breeze for a long weekend this spring and had a wonderful time. The house is very well maintained, clean, and comfortable, and the location is really unbeatable. I should add that it's a pleasure to work with Linda, the owner, who is prompt, professional, and very welcoming. Next time we're heading to the beach, we'll stay here.

Wonderful Girls Weekend

I invited 4 of my oldest and closest friends to Sea Breeze for a girls weekend away from husbands, children, and responsibilities, and though it was a very rainy weekend, we couldn't have had more fun. The condo was beautifully decorated and so very comfortable. We walked in and immediately the laughter and stories began to flow. Everything we needed was available from comfy pillows to wine tools to wonderfully selected games and puzzles. If some of us didn't absolutely need to work the next day, we would have called Linda and asked for another night! Highly recommend the Sea Breeze, you won't regret it!

Spent 4 days at this excellent condo. It was the best rental I've ever rented from VRBO. The owner was great to work with and the condo was very clean and had everything you would need and then some., Can't wait to stay there again. I would recommend this rental to anyone.

Superb Rental

Our family spent the Christmas holiday in this superb beach rental. It is perfectly located ocean front at Kure beach and convenient to everything. It is well equipped, well appointed and very comfortable. It is obvious the owner takes great care in maintaining this wonderful rental. I highly recommend Sea Breeze to anyone who wants to spend quality time on the oceanfront, in a very comfortable and affordable rental.

Absolutely Perfect!

What a wonderful vacation rental! In November, our family of six stayed in Linda’s lovely home on the beach. The home is beautiful, immaculate and so comfortable. Each room is tastefully decorated and has beautiful paintings (look for the amazing artwork painted by the owner). We particularly liked the layout – with a bathroom between the two separate upstairs bedrooms and another bedroom with its own private bath downstairs, we all had our own space with plenty of privacy. The kitchen was equipped with absolutely everything we needed to prepare our meals. A short boardwalk from the home leads directly to a clean, beautiful beach. The upstairs bedroom with a balcony provided an awesome view of the Atlantic. Linda was very friendly and easy to work with. We’ll be returning to Kure beach and Linda’s home will be our first choice for a place to stay. Linda, thanks again for sharing your lovely home with us!

A friend and I just spent 3 nights in this wonderful condo. It had everything you would need,and it was
the cleanest rental I have ever rented anywhere.,and the owner called right after we arrived to make sure
everything was fine. It was'nt missing anything. the view was beautiful. Can't wait to return. I would recommend this condo to anyone. I would'nt even look anywhere else. This is the place.

My wife and I have just returned from another wonderful stay at Sea Breeze. Each year we return to an immaculate townhouse with everything we could ask for to enjoy our stay. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is fully stocked and the warm sand is only a short walk away. We look forward to our visit every year.

Lovely Beachfront Vacation Home at Kure Beach

My husband and I stayed for a week with my grown children and their spouses (thirty somethings), and my son's dog, Faith. Linda's place is very clean and very well maintained. The location - on the beach 4 blocks south of Kure Pier - was ideal for us. Access to all the amenities - the beach, fishing, and all the local sites (including downtown Wilmington and the Fort Fisher Aquarium) was perfect. We had a lovely stay, despite the fact that it rained most of the week. Linda's place has a TV in each bedroom, and is well stocked with games. The porch made for a good, sheltered gathering place; and the kitchen is well-provided for those who like to cook. You just can't beat walking across the dune and being on the beach. We were grateful to find a place that would accept the dog; and Linda made everything easy. It was the first time we've gone direct to owner, ratther than through an agency, and we would do it again, thanks to Linda! You might want to note that the downstairs bathroom is accessed through the bedroom (not through the main house). The upstairs bathroom is accessible to everyone who can do the stairs. The recent remodeling - with upgrades like hardwood staircase and granite kitchen tops - really made the place very comfortable. The place gets good light - and a breeze! We recommend Sea Breeze!
