We would definately stay here again! Comfortable, clean and very convenient location. It was a great place for our family to come "home" to after fun and exhausting days at Disney World. Stella was extremely helpful with any question in her quick responses by email. The entire rental experience made our vacation wonderful!!

My husband, 11 month old daughter and I stayed in Stella and Ken's vacation villa for one week in November. My only complaint is addressed to myself: we should have booked 2 weeks (at least!) ;-).

The villa is conveniently located nearby the I4, which means all the Theme Parks and shopping malls are only short drive away. The house is really nice, especially the bedrooms, they are very spacious. And all rooms have a TV. The pool was wonderful! Our daughter enjoyed herself so much, and because of the pool heat she could swim at any time of the day.
We did encounter a minor problem upon arrival but that was very quickly picked up and resolved by the owner Stella and the property manager Mike which was great!

I also loved the fact that my vacation began before I arrived. We talked to Stella on the phone a few weeks before our arrival and she gave us all her tips regarding the area and especially Disney. As a former cast member she knows what she is talking about!

If you are looking for a good and affordable villa, you have just found it!

Hi Stella,

Just a word to let you know how much fun we had in Orlando. Other than a few minor problems, that you resolved in a better than expected time frame, we were more than satisfied with the house. It was clean, comfortable and fully equipped with everything required for cooking, sleeping, cleaning and bathing. The beds were more comfortable than our own at home. We would not hesitate to stay there again and recommend it to friends and family.

This house was the perfect location for our trip to Disney. We had my family of 6 and my parents so the two master suites were perfect for the eight of us to have our own space. The master beds are so comfortable! The house was clean and the property well taken care of. The pool has a small hot tub with it, that was nice to relax in after walking miles at the Disney Parks. The neighbor hood is very relaxed and quiet. My 4-year-old asked on the third day if we could just take this house home with us when we left!

Stella is wonderful to work with. She spent time sending me documents of the must see attractions at Disney and helped focus on the age groups that I was bringing down. She spent an hour on the phone assisting me with great tricks and tips of getting through the long lines and what shoes are must see's. I couldn't thank her enough for her time and effort to provide us with a great place to stay and helpful information. Her response times were excellent, and even replied while we were there asking for area golf courses.

I cannot recommend a better place for anyone to stay near Disney.

Spacious home, nice community, good location & reasonably priced. We were two families with kids stayed there for 10 days and had a great fun. Property is very clean and well maintained. Kitchen is fully equipped for the people to cook. Owner stella is very courteous and nice to deal with her. She had given a valuable tips about disney parks, the famous rides and activities which are not to be missed. Overall its a memorable and enjoyable experience, I would recommend this property.

Very nice vacation property with accommodation for a large family. House is just as described and is in a nice quiet area. The owner Stella was very helpful in providing information about the property. The house was very clean and very well maintained. Would definitely recommend this rental property to friends and family.

We loved our stay in this beautiful Sandy Ridge house. It was as beautiful as the pictures we saw on the listing. The property was clean, well-maintained and well-stocked with extra towels, sheets, etc. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful every step of the way. It was always a pleasure dealing with them. We would definitely recommend this house to anybody and would love to stay there again next time we go to Florida.

Im a US NAVY Sailor and coming home for a 4th July and spending time with my family is something I was really looking forward too. Mrs. Stella Cooper went out her way to make the experience for my family and I a great one. Every attentive from beginning to end.
