Condo, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 8-9)

Our cozy, tastefully furnished condo is nestled right in the heart of 'Old Town' Park City. Virtually ski in/ski out, just a 1-1/2 block walk to Main Street and half a block to the Park City bus takes you throughout Park City & Deer Valley! Best of all, it's an easy 35 minute drive from Salt Lake City airport.

After a day on the mountain or shopping in town, enjoy our newly remodeled, fully appointed kitchen, or relax in front of the fire and watch your favorite shows or movies on a 42' flat screen TV. The unit has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, washer/dryer, two fireplaces and a wet bar to savor your 'apres ski' time. A two block stroll brings you to world class dining, museums, spas, and entertainment on Main Street...or to the Town Lift, which takes skiers and snowboarders directly to the slopes of Park City Mountain Resort.

Prefer to ski at Deer Valley or The Canyons? The free, (very reliable) local bus, just steps from the condo, will take you there and many other places around Park City. For those who want to broaden their winter sports interests, nearby you'll find horse drawn sleigh rides, cross- country skiing, snow shoeing and Gorgoza Park, a snow tubing park that kids of all ages will love! During the warmer months, there's lots of close biking, hiking, horseback riding tennis and golf. Water sports like boating, jet/water skiing,etc await you at the Jordanelle Reservoir, just a 15 minute drive away. Arts festivals, sports events and outdoor concerts abound throughout the Summer!

Kitchen includes: dishwasher, full stove, microwave, granite counter tops, dishes, glassware and place settings, and many more small appliances and items to make life easy. The dining area can seat 10, with 6 at the table and four at the breakfast bar.

Wi-Fi internet provided. Three bedrooms accommodate: Master Bedroom - Queen/Guest Bedroom - Queen + Day bed/Kids room - 4 bunks and TV/game console.

Heated underground garage has two parking spaces for guests.

Children welcome, but NO PETS, PLEASE

Great singles ski getaway place

I take an annual girls' ski trip to the Park City/Deer Valley area with four or five friends. This is the second time we've stayed at this condo. It is closer to everything we need than any other place we've been, and we all decided we'd rather be close to shopping and restaurants than a ski in/ski out unit -- because this is better! Condo is clean, roomy, comfortable, and VERY reasonably priced for the location and features. I give this one FIVE stars!
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Great family condo

We had a great time with our 4 kids. Plenty of room and great location to walk to main street.

Well, I was initially a bit worried (I'm not a skiier and was afraid I'd be bored with nothing to do). I left Park City feeling like it was one of the best vacations we ever had!

The condo was very homey, and we immediately felt relaxed once we got there. It had everything we needed. Also, being SO CLOSE to everything took the burden off our whole group, since we all wanted to go in different directions. Some of us wanted to go to Deer Valley and some to Park City Mountain. I just wanted to walk around and explore. Even though none of us had a car, we all got to do whatever we wished, stress free -- because this condo was a block away from the town bus. Nights were easy too, since some of us wanted to hit the town for the night life, and some of us just wanted to stay in and play board games (the condo has plenty!), watch TV or read. It was Valentine's weekend, and the best part of it was that we got to have exactly the vacation we wanted/needed to have! I am booking this condo again for this year.
