Condo, 3 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 3 Baths LIMIT 8 GUESTS.

Adagio is an exclusive community on the Gulf of Mexico. This gulf front development is a private and gated complex providing a secure and comfortable environment. With its two pools, fitness center and direct beach access, it is all you need for the perfect vacation. The 1700 sq.ft. heated pool has an infinity edge which overlooks the emerald green waters of the Gulf. The second pool is amazing. It is 8000 sq.ft. which includes 3 tiers with a fountain and 2 waterfalls. A large whirlpool spa and fitness center overlook the pool.

The master suite has a king-size bed, a sitting area, access to balcony, a bath with dual-head shower and a separate oversize whirlpool tub. The second suite has a king bed and its own full bathroom and the third suite has two double beds and its own full bathroom. In addition, there is a queen-size sofa bed in the main living area. All of the bedrooms and the den have large flat screen TVs and DVD players. The kitchen has all new Kitchen Aid stainless steel appliances and seating for three at the kitchen counter. The dining area seats an additional six people. The large balcony with a table for 6, 4 spring club chairs with ottomans and side tables make for a great spot to dine or relax.

The large rear balcony overlooking the 8000 square foot pool and hot tub stretches the width of the condo and is perfect for relaxing during the day or stargazing at night. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy a quiet breakfast while the relaxing sounds of the fountain and waterfalls soothe your spirit.

This unit is owned together by two couples from Georgia that have been coming to this area of the gulf for over 30 years. We were one of the original group that purchased our unit pre-construction and we consider it a special blessing and we pray that you will enjoy it and find it as relaxing and fun with your family as we have with ours.

We think this is the perfect spot that is close enough to get to all the action in Destin and Panama City Beach but far enough that it remains quiet and family oriented.

What makes this condo unique

Our unit is in the 'D' building, which is one of the closest poolside buildings to the famous white sand beaches and emerald waters of the Gulf.

We stayed with another family and three teenagers. Condo has plenty of "me" space as well as room for all to be together.The condo is very well maintained and clean, with a well stocked kitchen. The whole complex is very clean and well kept. It has a very large and beautifully designed pool area, and in less than 2 minutes, you can be on the beach.Charles is very accommodating and makes all transactions flawless. Highly recommend.

This Unit is gorgeous!! It has a great view of pool area! The owners have everything you need!!! The Adagio is so awesome and its location is fabulous. Its just steps to the beach and its just 5 miles from Seaside. I would highly recommend it for people of all ages. We had 6 teenagers with us and they were entertained every minute of the day! We will definitely come back! The owners are so nice and so easy to work with.

Thank you for allowing us to stay at your condo in Blue Mountain. We have been staying at the Adagio for 6 + years now and have found, over the past few years, that the units were starting to show a lot of wear and tear. Not yours. It was beautiful. We were pleasantly surprised at how clean it was. Kudos to your cleaning team, they do a wonderful job. Your unit is wonderfully stocked, loved the fully towels & bedding and the patio is so nice and comfortable. The entire experience from booking, arrival to departure was a pleasure. Thank you for making it a great week.
We will be checking with you next year for availability as soon as we have our dates.

The condo was beautiful and had everything you need. The complex is great also-feels and looks like a resort. Lots of great restaurants nearby. I will definitely rent this property again. It is really spacious and has top of the line appliances, linens etc. We had a fabulous week!!!!

Lovely condo, exactly like described. Very nice decor, very clean. Kids LOVED the 3 sections of pools. Stinky's Fish Camp is our favorite restaurant, close, and we absolutely recommend (arrive early as always a long line)! Owner very responsive to communications. Would definitely return.

Wonderful Relaxing Vacation Before School Kick-Off!

This was my family's 3rd trip down to Adagio from the suburbs of Chicago in the last 6 years. The prior two visits were on the ocean side in the C Building. We thought we'd try pool-side this time and were very pleased with our decision. The balcony looking over the beautiful pool was an enjoyable place to spend every peaceful morning with coffee and a bagel. The condo was beautiful, and very well equipped. We absolutely felt comfortable and right at home! They left us extra towels, a bonus when traveling with a family of 5! We dined out every night, but if we had wanted to cook, the kitchen had everything you could imagine to prepare your favorite dish! The owners are very well - organized and extremely pleasant to work with. We will be back, and will definately choose this condo again!

Look No Further, This is the place!!

Simply put, A++ Resort, A++ Unit, A++ Owners. We have been beach vacationing for 15+ years with extended family and Adagio Resort is the best around. Unit is Poolside, next to the cleanest and best pool around (we are a swim family), real easy/close steps to the beach (not a hike like a lot of 30A condos). Unit was very accommodating, nicely decorated, great TV's, and kitchen appliances. Our family had a relaxing vacation. We have visited Adagio 4 times in the past and this unit has the best patio furniture we have experienced, large heavy duty patio table, comfortable swivel patio chairs to relax, read, and play cards, just awesome. Don't miss Bayou Bills Crab House on 98E, a few miles down the road, great Crab Legs and best Soft Shell Crab on the coast. Thanks Jennie for a great vacation and sharing your beach home with us!
