We stayed in this unit for 3 nights. Unit was very nicely furnished. I have stayed at the Victorian before. This unit is the nicest I have stayed in. Fully furnished with DVD player and 2 televisions. I will keep this unit in mind next time I go to Galveston. Perfect vaca condo!

Condo is very clean, updated and has a great view of the gulf and pool. Hot tubs are actually hot and located just below unit. Front desk staff is friendly. Bedroom bed is nice...sofa bed, not so great. Unit is kind of small but there is lots of storage - two closets and room under bunks. There is no dishwasher and just a small refrigerator so I wouldn't plan on a lot of meal preparation. It is within walking distance of several good restaurants, shops, and groceries, etc. at Walmart. Slight cigarette smell in the room when we first arrived but it disappeared after we opened the patio door for a bit. We had a problem with one elevator but there was another one that worked fine. We had a great time and will definitely try to stay here again when we are in Galveston.

A friend and I had a wonderful stay! The pools are really great, and everyone seems to understand that one is for adults, and the other for kids. The beach is right across the street, but we were content seeing it from the balcony. There is a great hot tub area that is small, but has two hot tubs that were great on a cool day.

There is technically room for 4, but only if the other two are little ones. The beds aren't really in their own room.

The owner was wonderful about responding to emails and requests.

Fun times in Galveston. We will be back.

We stayed in the condo for six nights and found it comfortable and very convenient. We were pleased with the location of being right across from the beach and being so close to everything else as well. There were five of us and found it to be a little tight with one bathroom but made it work. The pools were clean and nice to enjoy after a day on the beach.

The only drawbacks was having only one laundry room close to the office, the dumpsters not very close (which those were no fault of the owner) and only having five towels and one hand towel. This made doing laundry more often necessary. Also, the condo seemed to have a cigarette smell.

Overall we did enjoy the condo and would definitely return here. Dave was A+ doing business with and was very helpful when I was having trouble booking the condo initially. He promptly contacted HomeAway and had everything taken care of and the rest of the booking went great. Also, he was very prompt at returning our deposit.

We had a wonderful long weekend at this condo. The kids pool just outside the condo was perfect for our little ones. The unit itself is cute and tidy and spacious enough for the four of us. The only drawback was the location (crossing the road to get to the beach). Guess I didn't pay enough attention when booking b/c I thought we would be right on the beach. It's not that much of a hassle and certainly would not inhibit us from returning. I would definitely recommend this unit.

We had a blast in Galveston. The condo was great. The listing was right on the money . It was beautifully decorated and very clean. The location and view was wonderful and the condo was located in the middle of evrything.The beach was wonderful and there were tons of restaurants nearby, as well as a Wal-Mart and Kroger. David was very polite and gave us excellent customer service. We can't wait to stay here again.

This unit was very clean and comfortable for our family of 5. The new furniture was great. We really enjoyed the amenities at the property - tennis, hot tub, pools. Sea weed is really bad in June - did not expect that. Schlitterbahn and Moody Gardens are a must.

I would HIGHLY suggest this condo! It was within our price range, updated, clean, and had FABULOUS views of the beach and pool! Parking was always available. It was SO nice to walk across the street to the beach, especially with an 11 month old in tow. This condo was perfect for us, we put our baby in her pack and play in the bedroom, put her to bed at 7, shut the door and the hubby and I could enjoy the rest of the condo with out having to worry about waking her up (like if we were staying in hotel, etc.) ABSOLUTELY suggest this if you travel with baby/toddler, definitely the way to go! The location of this condo is great too, stores, eateries, and gas stations are super close, you could walk if you wanted. We look forward to returning, it was a perfect first family beach trip for us!
