Our family stayed at this lovely place in April . We were very happy on our arrival as everything was as stated on the VRBO page was exactly as advertised . The pantry was well stocked , the fridge and cupboards were also well stocked . We had several meals in using the nice bbq . We had some meals out using the recommendations of Pat and were not disappointed . I sent a couple of email questions , which were replied to promptly . All in all this is a nice house in a nice location with great owners .

My husband and I are repeat visitors to this lovely home-we couldn't be happier with our choice! We spent 3 weeks in March at this vacation home which was immaculate and the owners couldn't be easier to work with. The photos are an exact reflection of this beautifully landscaped home and the pool was an excellent addition to an already perfect place! This location fits our needs for attending spring training games, shopping and just plain relaxing! Thanks Pat and Richard for another memorable, stress free stay in the sunny south!

Recently, we came to Glendale to participate in a run held at Camelback Ranch. The location of the house is perfect for events held at Camelback Ranch - it's only a five minute drive away. While in Glendale we shopped at the outlets, attended a football game and ate at a couple of the restaurants nearby. We liked the convenience of being able to walk to these places in a few minutes, especially the game as we didn't have to worry about parking.
Overall, the house is just as the pictures show. It is very clean and well-maintained. We appreciated how well-stocked everything is. Our group of 6 adults had everything we needed - extra towels, tissues, garbage bags, etc. We stayed for 12 days and cooked often. The pantry is full of spices and baking ingredients. There are more than enough pots, pans and baking supplies. The BBQ in the backyard is the amenity we most enjoyed.
My highest praise is reserved for the owner, Pat. She is thoughtful and prompt. The day before we arrived, she sent an extra box of coffee to the house which was much enjoyed by all 6 coffee lovers. She communicated with us often and made sure we were happy and enjoyed our time there.

Above and Beyond Expectations

This VRBO was awesome. It was easy to get to and when we walked in it was so clean and smelled so good!!!! There was a bottle of red wine waiting for us as well as waters and snack items in the fridge and pantry, 3 TV's, computer with internet, amazingly comfortable beds. It was close to the Westgate Center which was a lot of fun. I can't say enough good things about his house.....if we are ever in the Phoenix area again I would stay here!

This property is close to everything from shopping, baseball, football, hockey and all of the restaurants you could possibly want. We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at this property. This beautiful home is just as portrayed in the photos & description: immaculate condition & well-equipped, quality furnishings & luxurious linens. The many extras & attention to detail were unexpected & much appreciated, e.g. Keurig & complimentary coffee! Great location, close to main traffic arteries & a mere 20 minute walk to Westgate City Centre & Jobing.com Arena. Pat made the booking process easy & efficient. Six of us were here for one week in February. The house was spotless when we arrived and was well represented by the pictures. It is a beautiful home in a nice quiet neighborhood. We felt at home immediately. The patio and gas bbq were a nice way to end the day. We went to a Coyotes game, Westgate is a must see place. The house was 30-45 minutes from most places that we wanted to see. Dealing with Pat was very comforting, I felt like I had known her for years. This house far exceeded my family's expectations. Everything was so organized and very clean. The beds, down comforters and pillows were amazing! We had all the amenities and more.....free movies, wine, bathrobes and slippers. Thank you Pat & Richard for making our stay a very enjoyable one. We would definitely love to stay here again.

This property was much more than we imagined! The beds were beyond comfortable and it had absolutely everything you could possibly want! The home security system was an added plus and was very easy to use! We could not ask for better hosts than Pat and Richard and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a home away from home! The location being so close to Westgate and the Cardinals stadium is an added bonus!
