The only thing I would change is the length of time we was able to stay. This was an amazing house loved the ducks by the pond that would greet us in the morning. We had a wonderful time the house was in a great location close to all the parks and close to the stores. When we go back we're definately staying there again!!!!!

We stayed here for 3 nights when we were in the area for a family wedding. It was very clean, well supplied, and was very close to stores (we shopped at Walmart and Aldi).

It was spacious for our group of 7 (one set of grandparents and a family of 5). The second living area is great for spreading out in different groups (we had the girls in the front visiting while the guys played games in the kitchen area). The master bedroom is the most spacious. We did not pay to heat the pool, but our kids were able to swim anyway, although that is probably dependent on weather.

The owner was quick to respond to messages and answer questions, and was very pleasant to deal with.

I would recommend this as a very nice house with a more than reasonable rate.

De plus, elle est bien située, tout près des commerces: épiceries, pharmacies, restaurants et à une vingtaine de minutes de Disney. Les arrangements sont simples avec le propriétaire. Nous n'hésitons pas à recommander cette location.
We greatly enjoyed our stay. The house is very clean, well maintained and equipped with all the necessary equipment. In addition, it is well located, close to shops: grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants and about twenty minutes from Disney. The arrangements are simple with the owner. We would not hesitate to recommend this rental.

My wife and I spent two weeks this February in this 'home'. It is better than pictured. We spend a week or two each year in Florida and in the past we've stayed in condo's. Nothing we've ever stayed in compares to how comfortable this home is. It is nicely furnished throughout including the kitchen which has more utensils than our home. The home is nicely appointed with extensive art décor. The pool deck is very comfortable and always clean as the pool service visits weekly. There is nothing negative we can say about this home, only positive.....

My In-laws, My husband and myself just returned home today from this villa. This has been the best VRBO experience we have had to date. My husband and myself use VRBO several times a year, and we could not have ask for a better stay. As a matter of fact I feel as if I have known Bill (the owner) my whole life....and we have never met! He was great with the whole rental process. And, the house was perfect my in-laws had one side of the house and we had the other.... with plenty of room to "share". Although, my husband and father-in-law weren't to happy about the "little fish" in the pond behind the house, my mother-in-law and I shared fun times watching them catch those "HUGE FISH" while relaxing in the pool!!! Although we don't have children I thought it was a very nice touch to have the child saftey screen around the pool. I forgot to add it is about 20 minutes to Universal. I could go on and on.... We will DEFINITELY be renting again!!!

We stayed at this location for one week. My wife and I have two kids (ages 8 and 2) and my parents visiting from Australia all stayed at this house. There was plenty of space so we all had rooms. The TV's and DVD players in every bedroom was nice so our kids could have some "down time" to rest from the pool.

The pool was great. A little close to neighbors but all the houses are that way and since they are all screened in it is completely private.

There were plenty of restaurants, shops, etc within 10 minutes to go get anything you want and really only about 15 miles from Disney. What we liked about it though was that is was still far enough away from Disney that you could go out to eat and avoid the Disney traffic.

We all really enjoyed our stay. The house was super comfortable. When we had a question the property management company answered right away and took care of us.

Definitely would recommend and am planning on staying there again if we are in that area.

We have been going to florida for over ten years now and staying in this Villa made it the best year yet! The home was immaculate and spacious and the screened in pool was great. I think we spent most of our time in the pool. The house was within 15 minutes of all attractions from Disney World to Universal Studios. The owner of the villa, Bill, was a delight to deal with and made for an easy and stress free rental process. Can't wait to for next year as we will definitely be renting this villa again.
