Riverfront House: This large riverfront property has all the comforts of home. The modern kitchen with granite counters opens onto the wrap around deck overlooking your own private dock. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes, glasses, pots & pans, even spices and condiments.

The main floor has the master bedroom (with tv) and guestroom with large living room and living area...while the upstairs has it's own family room (50 inch flat screen) and bedrooms.

The wrap around balcony overlooking your own private dock waiting for all the fum summer activities. Swim, kayak, paddle, or just float. There is plenty of outdoor space and ample outdoor seating for meals. You may even want to fish for dinner from your private fishing area. End your evening with s'mores around your own fire pit.

Parking for 5 cars (area for RV) Complete privacy on dead end road.

Attractions: We are conveniently located to all the major shopping malls in Portland. Only 10 minutes away is the new and upscale Bridgeport Village along with Clackamas Town Center on the I205 and Washington Square off I5 are only 15 minutes away.

We all had a great long weekend at the house. Highlights included our 8 yr old niece catching her first fish off the dock, renting a canoe from the park, and exploring the river. Making s'mores, going on a nature walk and enjoying a concert at Tualatin Commons. Weather was perfect, layout of the house ideal and great times were had by all.
