A Superb Stay

The house and it's amenities were all that we expected and more. We were a group of 13 and the house could have easily accommodated 5 or 6 more. It is spacious and nicely decorated. All rooms are large and comfortable. The site is by far the best location in Park City. We liked it better than staying at the resort. We had the benefit of the Town Lift in or out of the house, or we could ski in, as we did everyday for lunch. . . And the amenities that the town had to offer a short walk away. Definitely no need for a vehicle. The daily maid service was an added and welcomed bonus (included in the price).
This is our sixth ski trip together. By far, the most accommodating property in which we have stayed.

What a great surprise !!!!

I saw this house for rental at VRBO and it looked real nice so I took the chance and took it just to find out at my arrival that the pictures in VRBO are not what the house is, this house is 1000% better than it looks in the pictures, location is unbeatable, daily cleaning service is flawless and it has everything you might need.
I really recommend this house and will definitely go back.

No Better Place to Stay for Sundance

The photos don't do this house justice. It just keeps going and going. There are three stories, and more than enough room for extra large groups like ours. When it comes to Park City, this house is literally where all the action is at.
The ownership is top notch, attentive, and professional. The daily maid service and house manager made our stay even more perfect. The steam portion of the shower in the master bath was broken when we arrived (not really a big deal). Our house manager had it fixed in 24 hours. That's service.
I recommend this house to anyone traveling to Park City.

2011 was the second time we were lucky enough to stay at the Town Lift House; we liked it so much, we hope to stay for a third time this coming season. If you’re lucky enough to get the opportunity to stay there, jump on it; unless you hope to take it during the time we plan on staying, in which case don’t even think about it.
The house has a great floor plan with ample space to entertain and plenty of comfortable beds. The electronics and WiFi are top notch and the Kitchen has everything a cook could ask for. Outside the hot tub got plenty of use and the fire stayed lit thanks to out buddy that stocked firewood whenever we needed that or anything else.
Nevertheless, the real deal with the Town Lift House is its location. Ski-in/Ski-out and a super easy walk to down town. Other rentals have the skiing access, but none are as close to the action in town. The location is the best, hands down.

The Town Lift House has to be the best location for skiers and non skiers in Park City. True ski in/ski out. Very convenient to to lift in a matter of minutes. For non skiers it is a short walk down the hill to all restaurants and shops. We were there with our family of 15 and there was plenty of space for everyone. The house was very comfortable even at -4 degrees. The staff was excellent with pre trip planning (transportation, groceries, special needs). Everyone was very helpful while we were in the house from welcoming orientation, daily maid service to pre and post trip follow ups from management.
Our family would give the Town Lift House high marks for location, comfort and service.

We have skied in Park City in the past and stayed in a great hotel, but this time we wanted to bring extra family and friends so instead chose Rental House near the action at the Town Lift Plaza. We were not sure what to expect and when we arrived at 1:00 in the morning to the Main street bringing memories a far west movie scenery. We hopped in bed and hoped for the best. Waking the next morning, we opened the bedroom curtains to the most glorious view of the mountain range and the Town Lift. We then took a tour of the home and each place was better than the next. We had 6 kids and 17 adults and had plenty of space for all of us to be comfortable.
