We just returned from our stay in this beautiful home. The house was exactly as listed. It was very clean and well maintained. The pool was fantastic! The pool was heated, got plenty of sun & the perfect size. It had several jets that made it feel almost like a extremely large spa. There is a beautiful gazebo with chairs for six that we used to play cards and games. The location was perfect too! Only 2 blocks to St Armands circle and then the very short walk to the beach. Forget your car because you can't park any closer on a typical busy day! For those unfamiliar with the area, there are so many different restaurants to chose from you can easily go to a different place every day over a week. Our absolute favorite is the Colonade Ristaurante (not sure of spelling). Incredible dining, service, food, atmosphere. The circle also has many great ice cream shops to chose from! The property assistant Megan was very helpful, prompt, and responsive to all inquiries. We highly recommend this home!

The property was clean, well furnished and well decorated. Pride of ownership is very evident! It is just minutes from most of the major attractions around Sarasota. Just a short pleasant walk to St. Armands Circle and Lido Beach. I would not hesitate to rent this fine home again.

This was a perfect fit for my wife and myself, our daughter and her two children. We knew from many past vacations that we wanted to be in Sarasota so we could easily go to different theaters with only a about a 10 minute drive. We wanted to be close to St. Armand's Circle for easy walking to restaurants and ice creams shops. We also needed a heated pool. And we wanted bedrooms and living space enough for each generation. This house was perfect for us. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. Downstairs, at the opposite end of the house, there is a master bedroom, a bath and a smaller room with a convertible bed. In the middle of the house there are two good sized living rooms, one which has a large flatscreen TV, perfect for the children. The dining table was at the end of this large room, outside the kitchen. The second living room opened onto this room and was two stories high with glass on one end. It was a good setup for our computers and to watch the kids in the pool. There are new flatscreen TVs in 2 bedrooms as well as in the kid's living room.

The heated pool was key for the children. It is small, but perfect for them. We used the gazebo for lunches. We would order take-out food from the restaurants at the circle, walk down through the crowd waiting for tables, pick it up and quickly walk back to the gazebo. We were eating before the others were even seated.

The house was recently completely renovated. Everything is clean and new and with good quality furniture, furnishings, appliances, dishes, flatware, utensils, thick towels and so on. There are nice beach towels and 4 beach chairs. We walked to the beach twice and drove three other times to get to the far end of the beach where there are rest rooms and a snack bar. There are about a dozen restaurants on "the circle" and about 8 ice cream shops. Our favorite restaurants are Columbia, Crab and Fin and Cha Cha Coconuts, but Tommy Bahamas is alway packed. Lynch's Irish Pub is popular as well. There are three Italian restaurants as well. Our only outside excursion was to Myakka State Park.
