This is a home designed for comfort, with all the conveniences.

The house is spacious, with room for two more couples to join us had we so desired. The kitchen is equipped with every appliance needed to create a gourmet meal.

Just outside the formal dining room is a large patio and desert garden which separates the house from the sixth fairway of the Tonto Verde golf course. There are, by the way, many excellent golf courses are in this corner of the Valley, for those who are so-inclined.

The patio boasts an eating area, lounge spot, gas bbq and heater. The patio/garden/outdoor area is private and very quiet, with a southern exposure if one wants to bask, and also with well-designed shade spots. I loved to take my morning paper and coffee out to the patio and warm up in the morning sun.

The owners were fantastic, very concerned with our needs, before, during and after our stay. All correspondence between us was concise and clear. They were friendly and easy to deal with. A binder was available with all the instructions and details needed, including the number of someone nearby to call should there ever be the need.

We will certainly consider renting here again, and feel very comfortable in sharing our pleasant experiences and recommending this rental property to others.
