I found the condo unit to be spacious, although the unit needed a better cleaning. The unit's manager was very good about responding in a timely matter when called. The unit was in walking distance to the beach and also to Family Kingdom, which is an amusement park, which were both attributes to the location.

My group was there for Bike Week and we absolutely love this condo. It was everything it was described to be. It is very well maintained. Mike's condo is full of things to do, it was never a dull moment. Once the traffic started picking up, if we needed something, we could walk to nearby restaurants and stores. This is a very convenient location with lots to do. We didn't get to meet William his caretaker that everyone has spoken so highly about, but we did get to meet his father Mr. Ed, he was standing in for William. He was GREAT!! very helpful and made us feel at home. (So, William must get his great people skills from his father.) My group did not want to leave. We had made up our minds to get Mike's condo for next year the very first night. You won't be disappointed!

Mike's condo is the best place in Myrtle Beach. It has all the pleasures of home plus many more. This is my second time renting his condo in the past 7 months. There is more than enough room for an entire family or a group of golfers. His rates are very fair and he will do any and everything to work with you on the payments. A guy named William takes care of his condo and he is a super wonder guy and makes sure everything is perfect when you arrive. If you are traveling to Myrtle Beach for any reason you should rent this condo. You will not be disappointed.

This was a great place to stay for a family with mixed age children; something for everyone to do and places to all be together or to get away for a bit if so desired. There was never a moment without something to do, either in the condo, at the complex, or within walking distance. I wasn't sure online if I was picking a good location to stay, but it turned out that it was perfect. Very comfortable accommodations with plenty of entertainment in a great spot. Nobody wanted to go home!

This place is beautiful. As soon as I walked into the home my mouth dropped. The pictures can't describe how beautiful this place is. In the living room is one of the largest tv's that I have ever seen. There is a state of the art sound system,wii, playstation, and xbox with all the accesories. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you will need, including a huge movie theatre style popcorn maker and hot dog cooker. The location is wonderful, near all attractions and shopping. The owner is really nice and is very easy to talk to. William, the person looking out for his property, is a great guy and is always there to lend a hand. He goes out of his way to make sure you have everything that is need.

This unit is very nice! The unit had more entaintainment in it than we had time for. The rooms are spacious and were very clean. The bedrooms are so well insulated that several of us overslept a couple of days because we had no idea anyone else was up! The unit is actually a two story unit with two balconies, which was really cool! Here is my actual email to the owner once we got back home (FYI: William is the person who helped with getting into the condo, parking passes and showing us around the condo):

First, let me thank William for a great stay! He should be commended on his professionalism and personal attitude towards our stay being comfortable. He was very helpful & informative. He was already at the unit when we called to meet him upon at arrival, and when we called to have him do a walk through upon our exit he was there before we finished packing the car! We all enjoyed meeting him!

Secondly, the condo was great! We loved the pinball machine & pool table! The unit was very clean and inviting upon arrival and was stocked with everything we initially needed. There was so much to do at the condo we didn’t have time to enjoy it all! (One thing I would recommend is a set of written instructions for TV downstairs…we had trouble figuring that thing out!) We had already discussed staying at your place again even before we left!

My family just spent a week in this wonderful condo. The location is fabulous and so much to do for the grandchildren. Everything is so central from Golf, swimming, amusement park, pier and dinning. The condo is fully equiped for large groups and filled with lots of activities. The pictures were great but didn't do it justice in what the condo included. We had a memorable vacation and hope we can return again in the future. Besides walking the block to the amusement park we walked the boardwalk (about a mile long) to another amusement park where they have weekly entertainment. We drove (about 10 minutes) to Broadway on the Beach. Another great area filled with activities and resturants. We played miniature golf with the grandkids. There were so many to choose from. All within a 5 minute drive. I found that this condo was nicely priced and so well worth every penny.

This condo is huge, it's bigger than my home and equipped with everything you need plus some. Two large refrigerators to accommodate large groups. Pop corn machine, hot dog rotisserie( great to throw on the dogs and go to pool, so lunch is ready when you get back), 65" TV with We ii, X-Box and Play station. Also has Blue Ray DVD and Karaoke for your entertainment. Also dozens of board games in the closet.....That's just the first floor.
The second floor has a Pool table, Pin Ball machine, Juke Box table top radio and 42" TV in this game area.
The balconies (a great place for morning coffee or lunch snack) have very nice wood furniture for your convenience.
The lazy river pool is great fun for adults and children alike. There's a kiddie water play area and two Jacuzzi pools. You can walk to the beach, it's only about 150 yards away.
The owner is very responsive to your needs. We had a small issue with up stairs air and he had it fixed within 1 hour and on a holiday.
If you need a large roomy place,convenient to entertainment, restaurants and shops you could not find a better place.
