We loved this condo! Linda does everything possible to make sure you have a phenomenal stay at Tahoe's Treehouse! From a super clean, incredibly comfortable, and absolutely charming decor - this is a home away from home. We enjoyed every moment of our stay the thill of anticipation about visiting Tahoe, and Linda's helpful hints on where to go to enjoy life like the locals while on vacation. The time of year we visited was delightful, not quite tourist season but yet still enough open to enjoy the area. The weather was lovely and view from the condo was fabulous. The bed was super comfortable, towels were soft and fluffy, and the robes were nice to lounge around in. We loved the hot tub and found the kitchen had exactly what we needed for our stay. Linda goes out of her way to make sure your expectations are exceeded and your stay is just like being in a 5 star accommodation. Couldn't imagine wanting to stay anywhere else while in Tahoe and can't wait to return to Linda's home. The only thing missing was Linda! But, she was a phone call away and available to answer any questions. Thank you for opening your home to us! It was awesome exploring Tahoe from this home base. Breathtaking beauty and amazing condo!

Luxury at a great price
We made this reservation several months before our visit and I knew nothing about Lake Tahoe. I had several questions before reserving and Linda was very helpful and sent a long email with lots of details as well as a great quote for the Spring Break week we were there. The pictures were very enticing, but they don't really do this place justice. Not until you sleep in a Tempur-Pedic bed with down comforters; or plop down on the comfy couch to watch the great big TV; or slide into the crystal-clean, perfectly jetted hot tub; or take a shower that feels like warm rain falling on your head; or just take in the beautiful view; not until then does it sink in.... I'm staying in 5-star luxury at the price of much less. Absolutely fantastic. We were there for skiing at Heavenly and it was very close and convenient. The condo had everything we needed to make our meals. My husband especially loved all the pine. He said we definitely have to stay here again if we come back to Tahoe.

A Fantastic Vacation for this Family of 4
Everything about our visit to Tahoe was perfect. My husband and I and two adult children, ages 23 and 20 met for a week of skiing and relaxation. The condo was exactly how the photos illustrated, a fantastic view of the valley and mountains; first class bedding and towels and a perfect fit for a family of four. Linda, the owner, was readily available to respond to any question we had. The hottub was wonderful after a full day of skiing. We had over two feet of snow during our visit which made for perfect skiing conditions. The ski lifts were very convenient with a very short walk to the bus or an easy car ride. Downtown was a 10 min drive which offered the nightlife and restaurants for a fun night out. We will definitely return and the locals told us it's even a nicer visit in the summer. You will not be disappointed either way!

Heavenly, Relaxing Trip to Tahoe
We arrived on January 16 to enjoy several days of the snowboarding, skiing and relaxation at Heavenly and Lake Tahoe. The condo was ready to go when we arrived. The photos were exactly what we had viewed. The condo was CLEAN! Linda was always a phone call away and addressed all our needs. I never have time to watch movies and managed to relax and watch two movies and that was a record for me. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to prepare .breakfast and dinner during our stay! Hot tub was great! Sprouts was our favorite restaurant and had great healthy food options....the soups were delicious! Linda had great suggestions that guided us through Tahoe...Linda thanks for all your suggestions, they truly made our time in Tahoe very easy to get around town. This property is great for small family, girls weekend and yes even a romatic getaway! Looking forward to another great vacation in the future!

Outstanding Property and Helpful Owner
Exceptionally clean, convenient and picturesque condo, amply supplied with updated appliances. Walking distance to ski-lift (shuttle bus stops right in front of drive if you prefer not to walk a 1/2 mile). Very friendly and attentive owner (Linda even arranged to have delivered a replacement for a defective coffeemaker hours after notifying her which impressed me greatly). I would wholeheartedly recommend this property for anyone considering a visit to Lake Tahoe. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our week there. The only drawback (if you can call it that) is that luggage and groceries need to be carried down and up 2 sets of stairs which can be slick depending on the weather. On the other hand because the unit is located to the rear of the building it adds a level of seclusion and a splendid mountain view which makes such a small nuisance more than worth it..

comfy place to stay!!
Our first time bringing the family to the snow was a great experience. Coming back to the condo and immediately jumping into the jacuzzi tub was a much appreciated option!!

Just a quick note to let others know this is an amazing place. We heard about it through our friends who had their honeymoon here recently and we loved their pictures. It's as nice as they said and I can only imagine it when snow is on the ground. We want to come back to ski and use the hot tub again. We found the location to be excellent, far enough from the noise of the casinos but a quick car ride to enjoy it. We passed by the ski lift whenever we went to town and it's really close!! AThis must be a very handy winter getaway. Edgewood golf course is beautiful, right on the lake with a nice restaurant too. I love Tahoe :-). My only hesitation in writing this review is my fear this place is going to be booked up when we want to come back! I hope it stays a bit of a secret. The owner was very attentive too, you can tell she wants her guests to enjoy it and have fun! Thanks so much!

We just left the condo, and are waiting for our breakfast at Red Hut. I had
planned to get the towels all washed, dried and folded, but there is still a
load in washer because the ones in the dryer weren't dry yet. They are just so excellently big and fluffy, they took longer to dry than I expected!
We had a wonderful time, and can't thank you enough for all the nice amenities and beautiful furnishings. We both can't wait to come back and rent from you again!

Excellent Vacation Getaway!!!!!
My husband and I came for a week at Linda's vacation rental. EVERYTHING about this stay was perfect, from the linen to the great hospitality she and her house keepers gave!!!! Linda left a list of recommendations on restaurants/bars which we really found helpful! We hiked almost everyday and the location was just perfect. The hot tub provided a beautiful view of the city lights at night and the perfect way to warm up! We WILL be coming back! Next time we'll try out the other location, in the treehouse! We cannot thank Linda (and Jason!) enough for the amazing hospitality (if we needed anything, Jason was there, within MINUTES) and a great vacation home. You guys were absolutely wonderful! Thank you for everything!!!!!!!
