My husband, son, sister and I stayed at this fabulous property for one week. At first we were hesitant, since the price for this rental was significantly lower than the five star neighboring resorts (e.g. Four Seasons and St. Regis), we figured that it couldn't be as nice as the other places -- what was the catch? No catch -- we were pleasantly surprised with the luxury accommodations and wonderful concierge services. The attention to detail and prompt response to our requests (e.g. we couldn't turn on the hot water heater, and the concierge immediately called us back and talked us through the procedure, reassuring us that he would be at the condo within 30min if it still didn't work -- which it did!) left us with a secure feeling that we were in good hands. From the hard plastic lidded cups that we took on walks and to the beach, to the wonderful herbs in pots on the deck that we used for cooking and the easy-to-operate television, we felt at home. We definitely plan on renting from John again, as the experience was glitch-free and wonderful!
