I did not find the studio in the condition as stated in the description. There is no microwave in the kitchen, one pot for cooking, insufficient silverware for cooking and eating, no dishes, I could go on. The property manager was extremely difficult to communicate with. Upon my arrival the sink flooded the kitchen because the pipes were broken. We were provided two towels for our stay, which we used to clean up the negligent kitchen. I requested more, as well as towels for the kitchen, and a bath mat for the bathroom/shower, and did not receive any. I was told that they do not use mats for the floors or towels for the kitchen, and fresh towels were only replaced every 6 days. Left early without a refund. I would look for another property.

Nice Comfortable Neighborhood

These units are clean and comfortable. They are a short walk to the beach, near the bus line, and away from the madness of downtown. Lauderdale by the Sea, with restaurants and activities, is less than half-mile away, a good evening walk. Located in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood just off the main road. Nice pool area with gazebo. Staff is attentive, accomodating and helpful. Would recommend.
