Enjoy spectacular views of the Swan River from this deluxe condo with all the comforts of home in the heart of downtown Bigfork. This 1,750 interior sq. foot, well-furnished condo is spacious with an open floor plan. The living room has a fireplace and opens onto a 250 sq. ft. deck with gas barbeque overlooking the Swan River. The master bedroom is in the loft with it's own bathroom and living area, also with great river views.

The second bedroom is located on the entry level with a separate bathroom. Enjoy the scenery and sounds of the river while sitting by the fireplace or use the deck to barbeque, enjoy a meal or simply soak in the views on the chaise lounges.

Swan River Rapids is at the heart of Bigfork and a minute's walk from shops, the Bigfork Summer Playhouse, galleries, boutiques, fine restaurants, live music and central to all the outdoor activities associated with the mountains and the lakes of the Flathead Valley. It is a forty-minute drive to Glacier National Park, but there are many other outdoor activities even closer by such as hiking in the Jewel Basin Wilderness area, playing golf at Eagle Bend Golf course, and fly fishing on the Flathead and Swan Rivers.

Flathead Lake offers many boating and sporting activities. There is abundant rafting, tubing and kayaking opportunities in the rivers. In the winter, enjoy cross country skiing in the valley and by Glacier Park and snowboarding and skiing at Whitefish Mountain and Blacktail Mountain.

About The Owner

We are a couple who reside in New York City and have spent the past fifteen years vacationing in the area with our four children.

The Owner purchased this condo in 2004
Why The Owner chose Bigfork

There are so many activities we enjoy in the area that we wanted to be able to enjoy coming to Bigfork at other times during the year. We enjoy flyfishing, skiing and horseback riding and the quality of life that Bigfork has to offer. We love the weather during the summer and the winters are remarkably mild with an abundance of snow.

What makes this condo unique

Being so close to the restaurants and galleries and being able to walk everywhere in town while enjoying the river is wonderful. The river view is constantly changing as the flow of the river rises and falls with the seasons.

Beautiful condo in a peaceful environment! We had a "girlfriend" week end and absolutely loved the experience! Owners put a lot of thought into the decor and we felt right at home. Comes fully stocked with toiletries and extra blankets. Board games and a cozy fireplace, make it a wonderful chill out destination! Highly recommend ;). Great owner to work with too!

Great Place To Stay in BigFork

This property is in fantastic condition, everything looks new! Rear deck overlooks river, and the sounds of water rushing by are very soothing. Quick walk to anything in BigFork. Without any advance knowledge, we happened to rent this condo on the weekend of an annual Arts Festival, so the town was very busy, including live music at several nearby bars that ran late into the evening, so be advised. The owner was very responsive, answered our questions ahead of time and refunded the cleaning deposit promptly. If you want a great location with easy access to Flathead Lake and Glacier National Park, and a multitude of eating establishments just steps away, rent this unit!

This is a beautiful condo - in the absolutely best location in Bigfork! The owners were great to work with & answered any questions promptly. The condo is the best 'outfitted' - kitchen equipment, media, entertainment, linens, etc. that I have ever stayed at. Obviously, the owners take great pride in their property and it shows. The sound of the river at night is absolutely stunning! Great place to stay!

This is the 2nd year in a row that we have stayed in this condo. We truly enjoyed staying there both times and look forward to many more. The view of the Swan River, the sunshine and time spent on the deck are so relaxing we couldn't ask for more. Wonderful restaurants and places to visit within a short drive always makes Big Fork one of our favorite vacation spots.

My wife and I and another couple stayed at this condo for a week. It is VERY spacious, clean, well-decorated, and extremely comfortable. We couldn't have asked for better accomodations in this price range. The photos in the listing make the condo look attractive, but it's even more impressive once you walk through the door. The large deck is a great place to hang out, barbecue, and enjoy the sounds of the river below. The owner was very responsive to all of our questions before arriving, and provided good tips on where to eat in Bigfork. For you beer lovers, belly up to the bar and tip a glass at the Flathead Lake Brewing Company.

lovely condo by the river

My new husband and I stayed here right after our wedding in August, and we loved it. The balcony is just beautiful, and the sound of the river is so peaceful. We slept in the upstairs bedroom and were able to see the river out the window when we woke up. It was nice to be right in Bigfork, we had some delicious cinnamon rolls for breakfast from the cookie place next door. We had some friends and family over for dinner and everything was available for us to grill outside and cook delicious food in the gourmet kitchen. We also had a great time swimming and jet-skiing in Flathead Lake and hiking in nearby Jewel Basin. This was a great place to stay, thank you!
