The best kept secret on 30-A! Experience a peaceful vacation away from crowds of people and lots of traffic. If you choose to encounter the masses for shopping and sightseeing you are less than thirty minutes away from Panama City and Destin. Bella Vita is located near unique boutique shops as well as the best restaurants that South Walton has to offer. One does not need to venture far for great shopping and dining.

We are located on the Gulf of Mexico's highest point which provides stunning views of the Emerald Coast. This Italian inspired community features a calming environment with luxurious accommodations surrounded by two pools, a beautiful piazza and flowing fountains. Bella Vita provides more 'beach space' than most resorts which gives you more freedom to stretch, relax and enjoy your ocean view. This gated community provides ground floor covered parking, elevators and a fitness room for your convenience.

Our condominium is 2,559 square feet of comfort and is the largest of the three bedrooms on the property. Our spacious gourmet kitchen has granite countertops, Sub-Zero refrigerator, and a six burner gas stove. Our dinning room has seating for six and our bar can seat four people comfortably. Our large balcony overlooks all of the most important amenities: the pools, fountain, piazza and the magnificent ocean. It provides shade and seating for 6 during meal times on those hot summer nights.

We use our place often and consider it our paradise away from home and we expect you to take great care of our gem at the sea. This is where we have created family memories for many years and hope that you can enjoy it as much as we have. Please consider our diamond in the rough a second home while you are there.

Why The Owner chose Blue Mountain Beach

The Emerald Coast has one of the best beaches in world with crystal white sand. You will not find it in California, off the coast of Italy and Africa among other places.

What makes this condo unique

There is a health food store, bakery and liquor store across the street which makes it easy to grab last minute grocery items. Inside the health food store there is a place where you can get a wonderful and relaxing massage at a great price. One of our favorite things to do is rent bikes from Big Daddy's Bike shop (across the street as well) and ride down to Another Broken Egg in Grayton for a delicious breakfast. While you are there you can grab your favorite Starbucks treat and check out the boutique shops as well. Going towards Gulf Place and Santa Rosa Beach you can ride your bike to Miss Lucille's for ice cream and have a burger or pizza at the restaurants in the square. If you are an adventurous person you can ride the trails in the woods or ride to Seaside and Watercolor for an afternoon of shopping and people watching.

You'll feel like you're a home... this condo is beautifully decorated and super clean, in a absolutely perfect location and very peaceful. Shopping galore and fabulous restaurants are within minutes of the condo. You need to try Mitchell's Fish Market (we ate there 3 times in one week)! The owners and residents are really friendly and the private beach is right outside your door (not to mention the two pools). Hope you have as much fun as we did - this condo is wonderful!

What a beautiful home ... We had a GREAT "girls-only" vacation! The condo is gorgeous ... the location is amazing. We had the best time hanging out at the pool and beach during the day ...with great shopping at night. Everything was so convenient ... I did NOT miss the crazy Destin traffic!
The kitchen is cooks dream ... the beds are super comfy ... and the family room is perfect for hanging out and catching up on movies and TV. We definitely plan to return!

We absolutely loved staying at your "home away from home". The condo is beautiful and our kids love the comfy beds and pool! Everything is so close, without the hustle and bustle of staying in Destin proper. Numerous great restaurants are within a 5 minute or less drive all the while looking at the ocean! Shopping (grocery, art, fish market, etc) is close by or the outlet mall is onlly 10 minutes away. Bike rentals across the street along with the health food grocery and massage therapy rooms (a must for each visit)! I can't imagine staying anywhere else! This is our vacation destination!

I've had the pleasure of staying here several times and will certainly stay again. Having had the opportunity to 'shop' around the cost is worth every cent.

The condo is exactly as described, very comfortable while luxurious.
The pools and property are beautiful. You won't find easier access to the most beautiful beach anywhere!

You will truly enjoy a week here. Heads up - you might want to reserve for two weeks because you won't want to go home!

This condo is close to all of the best restaurants. The grounds are very quiet and beautiful. The pools are perfect for swimming and lying about if the beaches are red flagged. You can't go wrong with this place. We also love the location and the amenities that this home provides. It is spacious and if it is raining outside, it is the perfect place to stay inside and watch movies or cook meals inside the well equiped kitchen. The house is amazingly clean and the furnishings are top notch. The veiw of the Bella Vita's grounds is amazing and it is very relaxing to wake up. Will stay again!!

We had a great time staying here. The owners were helpful in telling us where to eat with small children as well as adult places. The condo was clean and well maintained. The workout room was a plus!
