I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was spotless.
The property manager was very helpful.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Our family decided to head for the Big Island fairly last minute and we booked this Fairway Villa through Jeremy and his team. The place was immaculate, well decorated and stocked with everything one could possibly need. Jeremy and Chris were very helpful, as were the residence concierge at Hualalai with arranging reservations, car rentals and other on and offsite family adventures.Upon arriving on a Friday, we were notified that Cisco Systems had booked the entire resort starting Tuesday and that most of the restaurants at the Four Seasons would not be available for our use. Needless to say this was a suprise and didn't sit well, as the main purpose of staying in the Villa was to have full access to the Four Seasons. Upon notifying Jeremy of the issue, he and the concierge promptly were able to make special arrangements for our family at the private residence club, and other offsite venues for the nights we were impacted. Their team went above and beyond to insure our stay was special. We can't wait for our next visit.
