The Unique Benefits at this Condo: This direct gulf-front from your lanai; 2 full bath condo sleeps one to four people (King size bed in master bedroom and trundle beds, can convert to 1 King bed, in den/bedroom that sleeps two.) Condo may be used with large, open floor plan with master bedroom, or close the den's privacy wall and have two private bedrooms. Our unit is located on the eighth floor, faces southwest, and features 3 TVs, one 42'; free high speed wireless Internet, and a washer & dryer in the unit (more washers and dryers by the elevator). The living room, the master bedroom and the den/bedroom all have sliding glass doors to the screened balcony. The master bathroom has a combination tub/shower; the main bathroom has a large shower. The Kitchen is complete with dishwasher, refrigerator, double-oven stove, microwave, kitchen/cooking utensils, pots & pans, George Foreman Grill, Double waffle maker, toaster, blender, coffee maker, etc. If you need it and we don't have it, we will get it! There are two heated swimming pools (one located next to the beach, the other adjacent to the complex's office) The unit is virtually free of traffic noise being about 800 feet from the street.
