'Tuscany', a spacious, three bedroom poolside villa, is located in a private, gated 'The Villas at Summer Beach' community on Amelia Island in the Summer Beach/Ritz Carlton Resort. A very short walk or bike ride to the beautiful white, sandy beaches of Amelia Island.

A two story Great Room creates a large open living and dining room with open kitchen and adjacent sun room. Interior designer decorated with comfortable furnishings. This spectacular villa is furnished with beach towels, linens, stocked kitchen, all comforts of home! Master bedroom and bath on main floor.

Outside a covered sitting area at front door with chairs and ottomans. A two car garage includes portable beach cabanas, umbrellas and 6 beach chairs. Beach games, 2 comfort bicycles, charcoal grill in garage.

Upstairs are two private bedrooms - both with walk in closets. All bedrooms are equipped with televisions, all have private bathrooms, and decorator shades.

Less than 8 miles from Old Town Fernandina, 'Tuscany' is in a wonderful location for quick access to fantastic restaurants, shopping, beach activities, and night life. This townhouse is located between the Ritz Carlton and Amelia Island Plantation. Other nearby amenities include world class golf, tennis, Cumberland Island, Little and Big Talbot Island State Parks, Fort Clinch National Park, and Jacksonville Beach.

A Beautiful Villa in a Great Location

My family visited Amelia Island for the first time during the summer of 2011. The area was full of relaxing family activities. A favorite memory for our two small children was an afternoon at Fort Clinch. The beautiful beaches in the area speak for themselves. The villa itself was IMMACULATE. We were stunned at how beautiful and spacious the home turned out to be. Everything needed for our stay was available and very easy to find. We were able to spend an afternoon biking through the neighborhood and fishing from the pier using the bikes and fishing rods provided. The swimming pool and cabana were clean and quiet and where we spent most of our afternoons. The owner was very quick to respond via email and appeared to be very interested in making our stay a satisfactory one. The rental was very much worth the investment and we will definitely look this villa up again when we return to Amelia Island!

Tuscany for our weekend wedding

My daughter got married at the Ritz down the road and this was a convenient townhouse for our family. We had 4 adult couples and plenty of space. The little porch has a pullout sofa that worked out well for one couple. There were plenty of bathrooms for the many beauty preparations. The villa is very quiet, well furnished and the pool made a nice retreat for the young adults.
