This gorgeous FULLY REMODELED Gulf-front condo is the ultimate vacation getaway. Located on Sanibel's desirable east end, this light and bright top floor corner unit features spectacular ocean views and a classic Florida cottage style sure to make you feel at home. Enjoy gentle breezes on the lanai as you watch pelicans dive and dolphins play in the surf. Multiple sandbars create a shelling and birding paradise.

The serenity of the beach is mirrored in the interior of our Sanibel cottage. Bead board paneling, soft tropical colors, and wood and iron accents lend a Pottery Barn flair to every room. The master bedroom overlooks the sparkling blue Gulf. The second bedroom and bathroom function as a guest suite with a door that can close off both rooms for additional privacy. The fully-equipped kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a wood-topped island.

Beach chairs, large Tommy Bahama beach umbrellas, pool inflatables, sand toys, two sets of golf clubs, and other extras enable you to make the most of your visit. Once you stay at Gulf Beach #207, you'll want to return year after year to enjoy everything our 'home away from home' has to offer.

About Owner/Manager

As a child, I started visiting Sanibel in 1966. It became a family tradition to vacation here every year since. Now my wife and three children have fallen in love with the island. We prefer the tranquil east end with great shelling, walking on the beach to the lighthouse and fishing pier, bike riding on miles of scenic trails and fantastic fishing. We can never get enough of Sanibel! We think you will love it too!

Location! Location! Location!

We love the quiet east end. With both gulf and bay beaches to enjoy and the lighthouse nearby, there's lots to explore within walking distance. Enjoy a short hike to Pinnochio's where you can taste award-winning ice cream and visit the Lighthouse Cafe next door for its world-famous breakfast.

We were drawn to the small size of the complex with its quiet pool and secluded beach. We also fell in love with the view and the light-filled, top floor corner unit. This unit had everything we had hoped for!

Five of us can't say enough great things about our stay in this paradise Gulf Beach condo. It began with the generous and helpful owners who thought of everything to make our vacation such a treat!
The moment we walked in to the condo, we felt comfortable with its serene and updated decorating...they thought of everything. Among some of the anemities were televisions in each bedroom and another one in the living room providing entertainment when needed along with a 1,000 piece puzzle that kept us challenged for 4 evenings. Golf clubs, beach chairs and umbrellas, tubes and towels for the pool and beach were all there for our use.
And beginning each morning sitting on the lanai for breakfast...enjoying the unbelievable views of the gulf and beach! We enjoyed the close proximity to the gulf for walking in the sand, collecting shells, and sitting in the beach chairs enjoying the view and warm weather.
The owners of this condo provided everything to make a weeks vacation a moment in paradise that we hope to repeat next year.

A gorgeous condo done in the old Florida decor. Every detail was carefully selected. The view from the lanai was awesome. The end unit allowed for lots of natural light and also provided a quiet retreat away from the pool area. We will definitely return for our beloved Sanibel and stay at this 'home away from home'.

We stayed at this wonderful condo on our first family vacation. It was fabulous!! The kids (ages 5 and 3) loved having their own room and bathroom. There was a tv/vcr/dvd in their room and they loved a little afternoon quiet time when we all recharged our batteries for the rest of the afternoon. The master bedroom and bathroom were perfect for us as well. The whole place is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities to make it a very easy vacation. We especially appreciated the beach chairs and toys that we used at the beach each day. When we needed a break from the beach, we enjoyed the swimming pool and had it to ourselves 99% of the time.
We ate most of our breakfasts and lunches at the condo, but loved exploring the rest of what the island has to offer...The Island Cow, sunset at Mucky Duck on Captiva, Traders, and ice cream at Pinnochio.
We're hoping to make this an annual vacation and there is no place we'd rather stay than at this Gulf Beach condo!

I don't think you could ask for a better getaway experience then at this beautiful condo unit! My husband and I found it not only to be very clean and well maintained but also extremely tasteful in it's decor. The whites, blues and greens add to the restful environment! While we loved swimming in the pool, catching sand dollars with our toes in the ocean, walking to the Lighthouse cafe for breakfast and just sitting out on the beach, we also enjoyed the rainy days of reading inside or out on the porch or watching movies. I definitely recommend this!

This tranquil condo provides plenty of little amenities and convenience. The bright decor spares no detail as you feel right at home, just with a seaside view. You will not be disappointed as you come on the island and simply have a few minutes to this beautiufl condo. A simple walk or bike ride to the Lighthouse Cafe for breakfast, the East End Deli for lunch, or a ice cream at Pinocchio's. The quiet pool area and convenient beach access gives you plenty of time for fun and relaxation. We have rented this condo 4 times and love it! Book it now.

This property was absolutely beautiful, enabling the perfect vacation of comfort and convenience. The location was ideal, close to restaurants/activities as well as being only steps away from the beach. The amenities of wi-fi, beach chairs/towels, and kitchen supplies made this vacation home convenient for any guests, whether they fly or drive to Florida. We were there during Spring Break, yet the beach in this area was not crowded. The owners were friendly and professional, very easy to rent the property. This jewel of a vacation home was designed for the perfect escape and will be our first choice for vacation rental on Sanibel.
