Like a previous reviewer, we had a group of 6 heading out for a 40th/65th birthday celebration weekend and found that hotel rooms were quite pricey. We found this property and could not have been more pleased with how it all worked out! The location is amazing (within walking distance of tons of restaurants, corner grocery stores, Chinatown, Fisherman's Wharf, etc...). The condo itself was extremely clean, quiet and comfortable. I noticed a pack-n-play in one of the rooms as well and would recommend this for families with children as well. An added bonus: this property is at the top of a hill so you'll walk off all of those extra calories from eating the amazing SF food!

Good location. Quite area. Near everything we wanted to do.

My siblings and families all wanted adjoining hotel rooms or a suite in SF. After very little research, it quickly became apparent that that idea would be a costly one. So, I checked VRBO and found this Boutikia property in a great area for much less than what we would have paid renting a few pricy hotel rooms. So we booked it. The booking went smoothly and the folks at Boutikia were always available to answer questions. Prior to our arrival, we got all the instructions we needed to find our way and get into our home for the week. And was it nice! The furnishings were stylish, the kitchen well stocked and the area was ideal - a few short steps to the corner and a look to the right revealed the beautiful Coit Tower (careful with the Freudian slips). There were 7 of us and there was plenty of room. I did need to call and ask for a roll-away bed, but the delivered it right away. With brand new bedding. We were worried about having only one bathroom, but it never seemed to be a problem with a little planning for showers. IT was great to have in-house washer/dryer to do a load of laundry midway through our stay. There are so many restaurants nearby - Italian and Chinese mostly (Chinatown just a couple blocks away). Fisherman's Wharf is a 10 minute walk downhill (9 blocks). Public Transportation is nearby. It's just a great area. If I ever have the occasion to stay in SF with a group again, I will definitely stay here. And with Boutikia's service and courtesy, I'd bet all their properties are just as nice.
