Peak Vista was everything it promised and more! We loved everything about our experience: The owner was attentive and available, the property and views were lovely, and the spacious, top-notch accommodations and amenities were perfect for our extended family to stay and our friends to gather.
Our daughter's wedding took place in the Colorado Springs area and Peak Vista worked well for making special memories. Garden of the gods served as the backdrop for wedding photos, nearby stores were convenient, downtown C.S. wasn't too far for the rehearsal dinner and the Flying Horse Golf course and location of the wedding reception were right around the corner.
When our multi-aged group wasn't playing pool or games in the lower level or enjoying a pick-up game of whiffle ball on the side lawn, they were gathering on the front porch or the back deck or one of the many comfortable rooms inside the house.
I've already recommended Peak Vista to other friends and since most of my family enjoyed the place with us, they were impressed enough to pass along Peak Vista's kudos to their friends. I didn't get to write in the memory book, in the living room, so I guess I will have to do that the next time we get our families gather from six different states to one beautiful location.

50th Birthday with Family
Absolutely wonderful! That sums up our stay at this beautiful home. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly. It was everything and more then we expected. Very relaxing and comfortable plus gorgeous furnishings and view. We had plenty of room in the house for our group of 6 adults and 2 little ones. The directions to the property were easy as were the instructions while staying in the house. I would highly recommend this home

My family of 5 (and 2 dogs) needed a nice place to relax and enjoy some time together and this was the place. Fantastic house with everything we needed. Space (inside and out), accouterments, location to the city and the wild... you name it. And, the owner was supportive of our needs. With a great view of the mountains every morning and evening, we were totally relaxed. We will be returning to the Springs, and now we know we can bring our extended family and/or friends with us and have a great place to stay.

A great home in a great place for a great anniversary celebration
We stayed at Peak Vista for a full week with our kids, kids spouses and grandkids - 12 in all. The house was perfect accomodations for our vacation. The home was very clean, comfortable and quiet (as quiet as things can be with our crew). There was more than enough space for the 12 of us and plenty to do in the home between our activities. The views from the back deck were incredible for early morning coffee. The kitchen was well equipped. The bedrooms were luxurious, comfortable and provided a great nights sleep after sight seeing in the Garden of the Gods, Old COlorado City or Seven Falls, or hiking Pikes Peak or white water rafting in Browns Canyon (2 hour drive). We made use of all 5 bedrooms. Stores for grocery are in close proximity, the Air Force Academy is close and Colorodo Springs and Manitou Springs and its great many things to do is about a 12 mile drive. Close enough to get to easily yet out a bit in a quiet community. We absolutely loved staying here. The kids were disappointed to leave. Thanks for making our 25th anniversary celebration with our family a great experience. If we are back in the area we will definitely book here again.

Family Fun
Had 10 kids with 10 adults for a week. Plenty of space for all of us to spend time together and time to ourselves. Had a great time and would highly recommend the house. Thanks!!

Wonderful Trip! Beautiful Home!
We just returned home after a wonderful stay at Peak Vista and thoroughly enjoyed this home. It is beautiful and had everything needed to suffice our 12 member family on vacation. Our grandchildren loved playing pool downstairs and basketball outside. We saw deer in the backyard up the hill. We are from Illinois, so the scenery was the best asset as we enjoyed sitting on the deck, with the beautiful view of Pikes Peak. We had perfect weather all week, our endeavors were Garden of the Gods, Cheyenne Mt Zoo, Cog Railway to Pikes Peak, Cave of the Winds, Bishop Castle, and Royal Gorge. We enjoyed Manitou Springs for shopping and went to Wilson's Ranch Pool to relax the final day of our stay. There is lots to see and do in Colorado, we love this state! Bruce, the owner, was so accommodating, he brought extra chairs out for us to have on the deck, left us discount card to use at the local grocery store and we were fortunate to get to meet him when we arrived at the home. His directions made it very easy to find. We hope someday to get to go for another stay at this home, we had such a great time and it was perfect for our family.

Perfect Peak Vista
Our stay at Peak Vista with 13 of our family members was so perfect; more than memorable! Peak Vista is a beautiful, clean, and well appointed home; we and our guests were very comfortable. Colorado Springs and the surrounding areas are beautiful beyond compare. We took some long scenic walks and drives, dined at some beautiful restaurants and enjoyed our time back at Peak Vista just relaxing with our extended family. Bruce, the owner was more then helpful with all our questions regarding our Colorado Springs stay. It seems we all had the same impressions of our vacation, we would love to return to Colorado Springs and Peak Vista !

WONDERFUL STAY and HIGHLY RECOMMEND
I just wanted to take an opportunity to properly thank you for sharing your home and to let you know how much we loved our stay there! It served us perfectly in every way. We were in CO for our daughters wedding and held the reception at Peak Vista. It was a small gathering and the house was perfect for us. The kitchen was extremely functional and there was plenty of room for our guests following the wedding. With the game room, back deck, front deck, and play area in the front yard we never felt cramped. I will send a couple pictures of the bride and groom as they too want me to say thank you on their behalf. We weren't able to do much sightseeing due to the graduation festivities and wedding prep but plan to return to do so. Please know we would love to stay in your home upon our next visit so plan to hear from us in the future. Once again I say THANK YOU!!! “
