We liked it so much we came back! Having stayed here two years ago, when vacation time rolled around, we knew that this sweet spot was on the list. This studio apartment gave us all we needed in a prime location. A few steps out the door, and the Pacific Ocean is spread out before you, and a short walk leads to the entertainment of the Venice Boardwalk. It's a easy drive to groceries and restaurants, and having kitchen facilities makes it feel like home. The apt. is clean, the king bed is super comfortable, and there are plenty of fluffy towels anda pair of chairs to sit on the beach. Laundry facilities are onsite, and best of all, there is a private parking spot. As a career lodging professional, I know a good deal when I see one, and we are already thinking about returning for a longer stay. Thanks to Stephanie and David, we have our perfect beach pad!

I have nothing but good things to say about this rental! It is centrally located if you want to explore the California coast frOm marina del Rey to Santa Monica. My boyfriend and I rented bikes several days within walking distance and were able to explore all over this area during our stay. There are many places to eat in walking distance and the Venice boardwalk is a 10 minute all away.most of our stay we didn't even need a rental car but to sight see in Hollywood or downtown LA you'll definitely need a car. The rental itself was very clean and met my expectations. The owners provide you with plenty of towels, sheets, cleaning supplies, toiletries and most other amenities that you can think of. The location could not have been more perfect either. Of all the rentals I considered, this was definitely most central to all the action and attractions Venice and Santa Monica have to offer. You get to live like a local but still are still able to take advantage of the touristy things you wouldnt want tools while visiting California. Best bang for your buck and just perfect in so many ways! I can't wait to visit California again and would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at this property for 5 nights while visiting my adult son who lives in Venice. The property is in an ideal location with restaurants nearby, the beach steps away, and close to everything in Marina del Rey and Venice Beach. The studio is roomy and comfortable, and everything I needed was available. The property is clean and well-maintained, and in a safe area. Having a parking spot was a big bonus. Everything was as presented in the description and photos. The owners were timely and responsive to my contacts. I would definitely recommend this property (already have) and will stay here again.

This was a great place to stay for us to see our son who lives 10 minutes away. Just the right size for and close to the beach. We could walk every morning. It was close to eating places, shops and activities. The studio was clean, had nice king size bed. Good TV, located so you could watch while laying in bed. It was great to have a parking spot for the rental car. We felt safe in this neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it for two people. Thanks for the great stay.

My husband and I booked this condo for 8 nights and really enjoyed our stay! Stephanie met us at the condo with the key when the taxi dropped us off from LAX. The condo was just as it appears in the photos above: super clean, stocked full of extra amenities, enough big fluffy white towels for two weeks, and located literally 70 steps to the beach!! We have vacationed to Marina del Rey in the past and the perfect weather was calling us back. Rather than staying in a hotel this vacation we booked this condo and couldn't have been happier with our choice. If you've never been to Marina del Rey you have to go and experience the beautiful beaches and the fantastic restaurants! Although there is a parking space provided at the condo, my husband and I decided to walk/bike everywhere this vacation since everything is literally a 5 minute walk a way. The restaurants on Washington Ave. have everything that you could possibly want: Mexican food, Mediterranean, Latin and Cuban cuisine, great pizza and wings, and more. There are plenty of happy hours too! The servers are very friendly and appreciate your patronage. The beaches are wide and inviting and with the condo being so close to the beach you can find a comfy spot on the beach and run back and forth as needed. We were excited to see dolphins on our first day at the beach and then realized that we saw them everyday we were at the beach. We also saw a seal playing in the ocean and then ride a wave in the surf between the swimmers!! Very cool! Depending on how much you like to walk, there is a boardwalk that stretches from Marina del Rey all the way to Santa Monica pier which is about a 3 mile one-way trip. There are several places to rent bicycles by the hour/day if you prefer a faster trip. On the days that you prefer to stay in, the condo has a great outdoor patio to just hang out and relax. There are permanent residents in the condo building that are super friendly but who also respect your privacy. Stephanie and David provided great customer service to us and we can't wait to plan our next vacation with them!

We stayed a week and enjoyed the location since it met all our needs. We were 10 minutes from our children and grand child. I could walk on the beach every morning. The coffee shops and restaurants are a few short blocks away and within 15 minutes are many restaurants. We were there over the Easter holiday, David and Stephanie provided an Easter basket & candy (nice welcome touch), coffee. wifi and water. The bed was very nice, lots of fresh towels and they provided all the information we needed to enjoy our stay. There is a parking space which is a big plus since there is virtually no parking available on the street. We used the patio table for lunch several days. Yes, we will be back.

We have friends that live about 2 miles from this place and we were very familiar with the area. It is nested next to million dollar homes and 50 steps to the beach. You get your own parking spot as well as coffee, and fresh linens. The place is nicely and modernly decorated and has a heater for those cold beach nights. Restuarants and bars are three short blocks and Venice is a stones throw away. The owners are very nice and accommodating. I would and will stay there again. Thank you!
